We never had any contacts with the staff which was fine but I messaged a couple times and those went unanswered. Accommodations were satisfactory, common areas were very nice and view was great but we felt the property could’ve used a little better maintenance

We booked this place for our last night of our honeymoon, but when we arrived, we could not even get in. We had never received any information, including any emails, messages, or anything. When we tried to call and text multiple times, over the course of 30 minutes, there was no response. We then had to leave, and find other accommodations at the last minute. This was incredibly disappointing, as we had already paid in full, and there has been no word about a refund. DO NOT book here, they will steal your money and can not be contacted.

Vi kom aldrig til at bruge vores bookning- da vi ankom var der ingen på stedet-vi prøvede at ringe på et nummer der sad ved døren- uden held og da vi var meget trætte og lige ankommet til Calgary fra Danmark, ville vi bare have et værelse og fandt derfor et andet hotel. Ikke særligt kundevenligt 👎

Property was clean, great location, fantastic view of the river, quiet. Yum Yum BBQ just 15 min walk was a small whole in the wall family run business but the food was excellent. Check in and out was seamless.

Nice private room with bathroom and a large communal area with every thing you might need including pool table, outside garden area is lovely, but weather was not great for us so didn't use as much as we would have liked. Situated in a quiet residential area with plenty of parking. Everything was perfect for our stay.

Didn't know it was a just a small bedroom

First there are more rooms than parking spots so someone will need to park on the streets. I reached out to the hose about street parking rules but the host never replied back. The place needs alot of maintenance. The floor was broken in the bathroom, and I stubbed my toes. The tiles were also cracked. The room was also extremely cold. There were space heater in the room but it was really noisy and did not work well. Lastly, the host needs to significantly improve their communication. The entire street that the hotel was on was closed due to the Calgary marathon the next day. I only found out at 6 in the morning because I went out to my car and saw people blocking the street for the marathon. I had to rush and pack up my things in the early dawn to get out of the street before it was completely closed off. I was lucky and was able to make it out but I would imagine some guests were stuck in the hotel for hours because the police officer told me that cars were off limits once the marathoners were nearby. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would strongly suggest that anyone planning to reserve this place rethink their decision.

Loved every bit of the stay, from the beautiful decor to the thoughtful touches, everything was well thought out and we will be sure to be back!

First time staying here. It was very nice and reasonably comfortable. Never met any staff which was a first for me but access was fine. The bed was a very soft; too soft for my liking but I slept fine thankfully. The fireplace in the room was great and the bathroom and shower were perfect. Parking was a bit challenging at times but thankfully it worked out. One of the spots was taken up by a truck that was being worked on which made an already challenging situation for parking more so. It was nice being close to where I needed to go so that was great and one of the reasons I chose this location. Overall, things were good.

It would be helpful if the owners on the floor above could put felt floor protectors under the chair legs to prevent loud noise in the floor below when kitchen chairs are dragged across the floor.

Personalmente fue una muy mala experiencia ya que ni siquiera pude encontrar ni entrar en mi habitación, en las especificaciones dice que cuentan con transporte hacia y desde el aeropuerto, cuando les pregunté sobre eso me dijeron que no contaban con el transporte, después fui al día siguiente por la mañana (la noche que llegué tuve que rentar una habitación de hotel en otro lado) no recibí respuesta hasta horas después de haber pagado todas las noches de estadía en otro hotel, quise hacer cancelación de la reserva, pedir el reembolso y no recibí ninguna respuesta. Antes de esto hice una reservación antes, puse que pagaría hasta llegar al establecimiento y dos semanas después me cancelaron la reservación por no haber pagado desde antes, cuando tenía la opinión de hacerlo al llegar, hice de nuevo la reservación, la pagué y sucedió lo que ya escribí anteriormente. Intenté contactarme con el personal por mensajes y llamadas pero no recibí ninguna respuesta durante horas.
