Nothing, did not stay even after paying

Great location.

It was pretty decent for the price, parking was terrible but other then that it wasn’t bad.

The room was average. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. There was rotting food in one of the dresser drawers. Disgusting!

No private bathroom. Very nice and friendly staff. Fairly clean

This was a great experience. The staff was kind. Due to San Francisco being structured the way it is, it was difficult to find parking. I wish there was a parking structure or a spot specifically for the hotel. Maybe in the future? Who knows. Overall, the stay was great and the convenience to walk around to dine and shop was great. Thanks Twin Peaks Hotel.

The ceiling fan light wasn't turning on.

Great location and a very nice room.

Hotel was as expected. Check-in was easy. Was a bit nervous about my late arrival since there wasn’t a front desk phone number.

Great location, rooms are fine, except the large bay window in our room was propped up with metal pineapple juice cans. As night fell and it became cold, I closed the window. I underestimated the weight of it, and it slammed down hard on my fingers. My right index finger is still bruised two months later.

Receptionist attended to my room adjustment request. Thanks to this lady receptionist.

Kind receptionist was proactive enough to attend to my room tv request on my first night. Thank you to this young lady receptionist.

Room was claustrophobic, very small and the only window was frosted so you couldn’t see out. Toilet seat was broken and shower was angled toward the corner, making it hard to stand under the flow. Worst of all, there was noise from people coming and going at all hours of the night. I was next to the stairs which were old and creaky, so if you do stay here, ask for a room away from the stairs.

Affordable hotel price to stay around the Duboce triangle area.

Péssima experiência. Quarto mal ventilado, roupa de cama empoeirada, cheiro de mofo e acúmulo de sujeira, com aranha na porta e no banheiro compartilhado. Extrema dificuldade em resolução dos apontamentos levantados e falta de empatia no cuidado com o cliente.

Clean place for the bare bone basics.
