We booked for Deluxe double but they upgraded us to family room As we have a baby. Lovely staff and hotel! x

The staff are friendly and happy to help. The room is clean and just right for me. Like me some things are showing their age.

Acceptable room, however very cold with insufficient blankets and weak heating during the night. It would have felt warmer with extra blankets. The shower pressure was weak and the water, even on level 3 and maximum temperature, was only lukewarm to cold. Very minimal amenities for a hotel, such as toothpaste and extra blankets.

Parking was great onsite.

I was left waiting while staff finished a conversation, and they gave me the wrong room key. The front door key didn’t work, so I had to wake the night staff. Breakfast is advertised online, at reception, and in your room. There hadn't been breakfast since covid. Not terrible, but a shabby place with little effort being shown lately.

Charming small place in quiet street, parking at front, spotless, friendly helpful staff. Room 21 - tea/coffee, fridge, microwave, shower, jacuzzi. Nearby shops. Would stay again.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Room for a family was ok for the price we found but with a little effort you could improve the look and functionality a lot. Decor quite bland, nowhere to hang jackets, some furniture falling a bit apart, no shampoo in the shower. A fresh painting would also help. But thanks for your hospitality :)

The room was clean and there was nothing to complain about But, at 8 a.m. on Sunday, they started renovating the room next door! They were hammering at the wall, probably removing tiles.

The staff are always very helpful.The location is very good. The room was cleaned & maintain throughout my stay. Linen, towels etc were changed.

Courteous staff and clean room with all amenities

There were no towels - i had to ring and ask for some - after i got out of the shower soaking wet! The shower fluctuated between boiling hot and freezing cold. The large room was very cold and there was no duvet - only a sheet and a blanket. The mini fridge also made an annoying buzzing sound during the night. It was a clean room though, the staff were nice and the bed was comfy but overall it was an unsatisfactory experience.
