Deux cousines responsables de l'endroit et extrêmement accueillantes et aidantes. Endroit très propre près du port (5 minutes ). Je reviendrai dans cet endroit les yeux fermés. Rapport qualité prix location top pour 2 personnes.

The location is amazing and the owners are beyond accommodating. This has been my son’s favorite place we have stayed the whole trip. It is very clean, modern, and very comfortable. Also the location is amazing!

Ms. Ilaria was proactive in contacting us and easy to reach for directions and questions before arrival. Layout of the large suite has 5 separate rooms with own private bathrooms but all sharing common entry area with tea & coffee. The location is close to the train station or ferry terminal to explore Cinque Terre. Note: take the day ferry! One negative about all of La Spezia is IF you have a car there is very little free parking but there is paid parking (safer / recommended) and both are 15 min walk away. The inside of the apartment and rooms is nice inside an older building but other than that all was fine.

Quiet location and very comfortable beds. Difficult to get to to unload and reload luggage. Also no sitting area. Kind and responsive manager.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht Teil eines Hotels mit Lobby, Bar etc., sondern befindet sich in einem großen Wohnhausappartement. Aber: Die Lage jst ideal., Hafen, Restaurants und Shoppingmeilen finden sich gleich nebenan. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, unser Zimmer war achöner als auf dem Foto und mit einem guten Bett sowie einem großen, modernen Bad ausgestattet. Auf den Schreibtisch warteten kleine Snacks, auf dem Flur eine Kaffemaschine mit genügend Kapseln. Toller Service: ein Plan mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und ein Fahrplan für die Züge zu den Cinque Terre.

Localização e atendimento incriveis. unico porem e o predio em si que esta bem acadabo... mas da porta pra dentro do hotel, e show... o canto do Chazinho é um mimo.

Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, The room was fancy ,clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect, close to public transport and major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Nabila and Samir from Canada.

Très bonne hôte. La chambre était neuve et très propre. Située en plein centre ville, pas loin du port. La hôte était très agréable, elle nous a donné des conseils, notamment pour les parkings. Les petites gourmandises ont été beaucoup apprécié ! On recommande vivement.

The experience was amazing! Maristella was great at communicating prior to check in prior to arrival and day of stay. She was responsive to requests. I had to stay an extra day because of train strike and though she had nothing available, she made a wonder recommendation. I loved the area of town my stay was in. It was convenient to everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat ❤️
