Great hotel, great staff, however the pool was not in working conditions, neither the jacuzzi.

Friendly and engaging staff. Great location. And plan to stay there again on my next trip.

The property is beautiful

This Charming Boutique Hotel was the perfect oasis for our stay. The vibes were immaculate! The staff is sweet and accommodating. The main floor pool is delicious as well as the rooftop pool and terrace. The hotel's bar and restaurant was just perfect, breakfast as superb and yummy. I don't have enough synonym's to describe how cute and perfect everything was.

Excellent hotel, the price is reasonable, rooms are clean and a little bit small but you can’t get better considering you’re in the walled city . Shopping and restaurants around in walking distance. Breakfast is decent , the food in the restaurant hotel has nothing special. Do not expect good amenities at the hotel , pool on first floor is more decorative and upstairs is small . The best thing about this hotel is THE STAFF and Location. Btw the plush teddy bear they put in your bed is not a gift . They charged me after my kids took it 150.000 cop each ( we thought was a gift as in others hotels and also didn’t have a tag or sign with the price )

Comfortable, clean bed and spacious room overall. However, the shower was little clogged. Something for maintenance to keep an eye. I also had to request the safe box as it was missing in the room when we checked in, but it was provided accordingly.

Amazing place for stay in Cartagena located at the center . Rooms very clean and comfortable, staff are very professional and friendly. If you like have a full breakfast in the morning you will love this place . I highly recommend this hotel .

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Loved how welcoming the staff is as well. Only possible downside is how much of the outside you can hear from inside your room. It can feel like you’re sleeping in the lobby. Otherwise, loved everything else. Great area, great people, fantastic stay.

The rooms and hotel was very clean and beautiful , the staff friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant was tasty. Only downside was the jacuzzi was not clean or working and did not locate the sauna.

La Factoria was a beautiful and romantic boutique hotel in the heart of exciting old Cartagena in the walled how you doing city! Tons of bars and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Staff was amazing and truly extraordinary across the board. Would highly recommend staying at this wonderful spot!

I am a solo traveller and found the hotel excllent they help me book a taxi which was great as arrived after a long flight from Europe. The room was small but perfect for one and cool in the heat. The breakfast was excellent as well as the small bar. I felt safe and comfortable and enjoyed the roof top pool and loungers. Would highly recomend.

O hotel é excelente. Caminhei muito pelas ruas da cidade amuralhada e não consegui identificar outra acomodação com melhor localização. A arquitetura e a decoração do hotel são esplêndidas. A cama e o chuveiro são excelentes. Os funcionários, com destaque para o Kevin, são todos educados e muito prestativos. Limpeza impecável, piscina perfeita para relaxar. Não cheguei a jantar no hotel, tampouco a utilizar o spa. Minha única sugestão de melhoria: as frutas no café da manhã estavam maduras demais para o meu paladar, poderiam colocar abacaxi mais verde, por exemplo, mas isso é muito pessoal. Fora isso, o café da manhã também é muito bom, preparado e servido com muito carinho. Eu voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel, e certamente indicarei para meus amigos. Aliás, já estou com saudades.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It was beautiful, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and service was top notch. Very friendly stand helpful staff. And perfect location!

Really enjoyed the Colonial style and loved the downstairs heated pool. Squeaky clean!
