Nice hotel and easy travel to downtown.

Property was clean and relatively quiet for the location. Did have an issue with my reservation being marked as a no show, after I had I checked in, showed ID, paid the incidentals deposit, and was given room keys. Room was then given to someone else while I was occupying it. Was frustrating dealing with another guest trying to access my room in the middle of the night. Check in was well before night audit as well. Gives the impression this location is not well run

The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly. I did not like the inconvenience of the valet only experience. The valets were pretty quick retrieving cars but the link to request my vehicle never worked. I would like the option to park my own vehicle.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive. The breakfast was good also.

Buena locación en midtown. Habitación amplia y moderna. Personal amable. Servicio de parqueo con valet con costo adicional. Excelente desayuno. Vale la pena adquirir el bundle con el desayuno. Lo que deben mejorar es la comunicación entre Expedia y el hotel cuando uno adquiere el desayuno ya que varias veces tuvieron que confirmar que tenía el extra del desayuno pagado.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was decorated very nicely ans rhe foos was delicious.

Parking

Overall the hotel was nice. I didnt like that the only option for parking is valet at $50 per night. Because of that we probably wont stay here again.

Modern amenities and friendly staff, only slight complaint, our safe didn’t work and the streaming apps on our tv stopped working partway through our stay. also the location was a bit further from the main action of midtown. but overall still a great stay

First and last experience staying at a Canopy hotel. Would not recommend, especially for the price.

Everything was amazing! Clean beautiful rooms with superrrr soft beds omg I wish I could take it with me. Staff was so friendly and helpful.
