Clean room but price was ridiculous for that weekend stay.

ゴルフラウンドで毎年利用しています ホテルの設備、サービスは良いのですが ゴルフコースのメンテナンスがあまり良くないです グリーン、バンカーの状態が悪いです

Beautiful room

部屋の清掃をお願いするのを忘れて外出してしまい、夕方に部屋に戻ってきてから慌てて部屋の清掃をお願いしたにも関わらず、快く願いを聞き入れていただき感謝しています。

Nice quiet stay. Not crowded perfect for intimate family time!

Nice rooms, nice hotel property, good hospitality with staff.

各タワーにある施設がわかりにくいのと営業時間が短いのでホテルで何かをする、という滞在の仕方は難しい。敷地が広いので仕方ないとは思うが観光客向けというよりはやはりゴルフ目的なら、という感じ。今度はメイン館に宿泊したい。

グアムは私たちは５回目、他も２，３回目で、92歳の母親～４歳のひ孫までの１３人での旅行で大きな部屋を求めてコンドミニアム棟３部屋で利用　施設はかなり古いためよい点数はつけていませんが、小さい子はプールではしゃぎ離島感覚でゆっくりと過ごせました。若者は毎日ホテルのシャトルを利用し町中に出ていたようですが、片道３０分はかかり、やはりグアム初めての方、マリンスポーツや海水浴を望んでいる方にはお勧めできません、レオマートはいろいろなものがそう高くはない値段で揃っており便利、炊飯器は１升炊きで焦げ付きが多かったのにはビックリ！　母のために借りた車いすがぼろかったのは残念　フロントに行くたびにいつも一人しかおらず電話をかけていたりでどうにかしろよ、と感じました

We had a wonderful stay! The view was beautiful and the service was great. They were even accomodating to our dog; they provided a bed and food and water bowls for her. The place was neat, clean, and was comfortable.

Riesige aber bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr leere Anlage. Schöner Pool, den wir für uns (fast) alleine hatten. Zu einem Bruchteil des Preises für Strandhotels empfehlenswert für unabhängige Reisende mit Auto.

After our stay last month my parents and I really loved our time thats why we booked again but Im a little disappointed this visit, I didnt know not all rooms were renovated; the carpet in our room are so smelly, our kettle wasnt working and the bed has a foul smell, not sure if its because of the carpet or something else.

It was a great stay. We only wish the pool was closer to where we stayed.

まず、夜中にチェックインしたときに、カードキーが作動せず、部屋に入れなかった。 別棟の部屋だったので、フロントまで遠く面倒だと思っていたら、セキュリティの方がパトロールをしていたので事情を話したところ、フロントに対応を求めてくれて、無事に部屋に入れましたが、30分程度の時間ロスをしました。 翌日夜に部屋に戻ると、またカードキーが反応せず、フロントまで行くとチェックアウトの日を間違って登録していたようで入れなかったとのこと。 朝一度レストランで食事をしましたが、パンが古く硬かったです。 値段は高いのに美味しくなくて最悪でした。 コインランドリー も利用しましたが、脱水ができず返金してもらったりと、トラブル続きで疲れました。 大きなリゾート施設でオールインワンにしているはずなのに、何も機能していなくて残念でした。 私達はレンタカーを借りたので、タモン地区まで出かけて食事もできましたが、交通手段がバスやタクシーしかない方は、お金も時間もかかるし大変だなと思いました。 ゴルフ場はとても戦略的で楽しめましたが、バックの積み下ろしは自分で駐車場まで行ってしないといけなかったので、サービス面がとても残念でした。 ゴルフ場にはまた行きたいと思いましたが、正直、ホテルの利用は2度とないなと思います。

Excellent place

We always love the pool and the atmosphere. Very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the pool hours should be extended. 6pm is too early for a pool to close especially because the bowling alley isn’t operational and there aren’t many entertainment options in the area. We love both restaurants! Always so delicious and staff is always extremely friendly. We always choose Leo Palace as our island getaway. :)
