First off I want to say that in June we booked for a night and we thought of the world of it all. But from some time June until now in July wooooahh big difference. Since we liked it so much we end up booking 4nights and it was the worst. I had way better stays at the Hilton and Hampton inn. I don’t know what happened with their beds. It is worst than ikea beds and ikea has Some cushion. I have the worst neck pain I even had to have a nap in the balcony chair, and was considering sleeping in my car. Almost $1000 for pain and discomfort. Note I did call the front desk and it was like they weren’t understanding. I asked for a mattress pad and got a sheet.

Love this hotel. From the garage parking to the laundry facilities. Top notch! The deli is amazing.

ホテル併設のプールを楽しむことができました。ビーチも近いので、綺麗な海も満喫できます。スタッフの方も親切で丁寧に対応していただきました。ここのホテルを選んで良かったと感じました。

전산 문제로 호텔 요금이 중복 지불되었음에도 두달째 해결안해주고 있네요. 다른 연락방법으로 컨택을 했었고 기다리라는 얘기는 들었지만 해결은 전혀 안되고 있네요.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절했어요 해변이랑도 가까웠어요

한국인 프론트 직원들 정말 친절하고 훌륭했습니다. 또한 주차장이 실내와 비를안맞고 연결되어있는 부분이 렌트카 이용자 입장에서 최고였습니다. 다만 객실 청소하시는분들이 청소를 해주시기로 하고는 안해주시는등 좀 문제가 있었습니다. 또한 호텔과 연결된 비치에 물고기가 하나도 없었습니다. 아마도 물살이 좀 있어서 인듯 합니다. 예전 다른 유명호텔의 비치에서는 상당히 많은 물고기를 볼수있었기에 그부분이 아쉬웠습니다.

部屋は、アップグレードしていただきバルコニーから目の前に広がる海を堪能することができとても良かった。ただ、部屋に入った瞬間、カビくかったのとテーブルがないため不便でした。 レストランの食事は、可もなく不可もなくで 特に美味しいと感じれ料理はなかったです。 クラブラウンジは、おススメです。

お外で食べるよりホテルで食べる方が美味しかったです！ スタッフの方たちもとても親切で良かったです、 アクセスもよく過ごしやすかったです(^^) また来た時は泊まりたいホテルです！

プールと海で夜までホテルで楽しんだので、外出したくなくて、夕食にルームサービスで｢ロコモコ｣を頼みました。正直そんなに期待していなかったのですが、まずボリュームに驚き、そして、美味しさに感動しました。 無料のアクティビティで朝の海岸でヨガをしたり、伝統のダンスを観覧できたりしました。日曜日は、ホテルから出て目の前の道路で、ナイトマーケットが開催されていました。ショッピングも歩いて行けましたし、何もかも最高でした。

We got a room here soon after super typhoon Sinlaku passed. We checked several resorts and the Hyatt was the only one we found who could accept new guests at the time. They seemed to do the best job at preparing for the storm and recovering quickly. We were so appreciative to be able to escape there to have power, water and laundry again. Thank you again!
