Good BF, excellent staff, clean room.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was so beautiful and looked very clean. Incredible breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff. My main concern was the smell and very loud music. The majority of the hotel smells very strongly of men's cologne. The smell is overwhelming and it is everywhere except for the room. The live music gets extremely loud in the evening. It felt like we were walking into a night club if we came through the lobby late in the day. The loud music and obnoxious smell make it hard to feel relaxed or welcome. The pool is beautiful and even has waterfalls. The beach is incredibly close and the water is crystal clear. You can snorkel right off the beach right there in front of the hotel and see gorgeous fish. We loved everything about staying here except the smell and the noise.

Room was in need of some TLC with some things not working. Staff are very helpful and the location is excellent, so all round was a great choice but some updates would be good

This was my first stay at this Dusit Thani location. Staff and facilities were quite good. Some room details were dismal. Whoever painted the bathroom should be reprimanded. There splatter marks all over the mirror that was mounted over the sink and in other areas. The boundary between the wall tiles behind the bathroom sink mirror and the existing wall was very messy and noticeable. It does seem that the painter was either very inexperienced or inebriated, or both. The left side window shade in the living room was damaged and torn. Although it performed marginally (it rolled up crooked and was noisy) it definitely needs replacement. Electrical outlets were hidden by the mattress. I didn't find them until two hours prior to check-out. I spent two days at this hotel. The hand-held shower in the bathtub did not work, but the main shower head was fine. I really hope our visitors are treated to better than this. They will notice, but will not say anything because of their cultural norms. Guam hotels can do so much better if many of the room details are rectified. Satisfied customers will come back for repeat business and recommend this place to others. We can do this. It just takes the will, resolve and effort to make it happen. My experience at the Aqua Restaurant was exceedingly satisfying. Ms. Amalia, my server, remembered my name, even though I had not seen her in over a year. Her service was on-point and her demeanor was exquisite. Come on, Dusit Thani, you can do it!

My stay at Dusit Beach Resort Guam was truly memorable, thanks to the warm hospitality and thoughtful service throughout my visit. I arrived on an early morning flight and was delighted when Jed at the front desk arranged an early check-in, a room upgrade, and a late check-out. Thank you, Jed! Your kindness and exceptional service allowed me to enjoy every moment of my stay in a beautiful ocean-view room. Each morning, I woke up to stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, spent a few peaceful moments meditating by the beach, worked out in the hotel gym, and then started my day with a large iced coffee from the café. It quickly became a wonderful routine that left me feeling refreshed and energized. During the day, I enjoyed exploring Guam, shopping, and discovering delicious local cuisine. In the evenings, I looked forward to watching the breathtaking sunsets from the beach. Every day felt relaxing, effortless, and rewarding. What I appreciated most was how comfortable and welcoming the hotel felt. It became more than just a place to stay—it became an important part of the overall Guam experience. I have already booked another stay in two months and am excited to return. Thank you to Jed and the entire team for making this visit so special. I look forward to creating even more wonderful memories on my next trip.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean. Rooms spacious. Kids enjoyed the pools and waterslide.

Had requested microwave, but there wasn’t when we checked in. And water bottle was served only the last day.

The front desk associate who assisted me during check-in was truly one of the best employees I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I feel very blessed and fortunate to have been helped by her. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name because I was rushing to prepare the room for a surprise birthday celebration, so everything was a bit hectic at the time. Despite the rush, she made my entire check-in experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. Many people do not realize how much front desk agents handle on a daily basis, yet she still provided exceptional customer service and made me feel genuinely welcomed to the hotel. I plan to stop by again and give her a small token of appreciation because she truly deserves recognition for how wonderful she was. Kudos to her for doing such an amazing job Dusit Beach Resort is very lucky to have someone like her on their team.

Overall we had a good stay. We came right after a typhoon but you can tell the staff did their best to get everything running as best they could.

The staff was phenomenal! From check in to check out it was a breeze. The only issue I had really was the electric water pot in the room was not working even after being replaced twice. The bathroom sink stopper got stuck (because the apparatus was old). Both issues were quickly addressed by the staff. The hallway was musty smelling but I chocked that up to being from the hurricane they just experienced.
