Bel endroit paisible!

Bel accueil, personnel aux petits soins. Proche du centre ville du Diamant

Bel hôtel directement sur la plage. Belle vue de notre balcon qui donnait sur la piscine et la mer. Petite cuisinette sur le balcon, très pratique, permettant de cuisiner des repas complets. Le bar de la piscine était fermé pour toute la durée de notre séjour. Un peu bruyant en soirée, on entend la route ainsi qu'un bruit de moteur constant.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. À proximité de restos, boutiques. Facile de se déplacer avec une voiture de location pour faire des visites.

Un très bel établissement que je n’hésiterais pas à recommander pour quelques nuitées au Diamant. Nous avons plutôt déçus du restaurant - buffet petit-déjeuner aux choix très limités et repas du soir assez fade – mais autrement, la chambre était moderne et bien aménagée et l’emplacement exceptionnel. À souligner aussi : le service attentif et toujours souriant à la réception.

La résidence est très bien situé à l entrée du village.la chambre est grande et bien équipée.la literie confortable.l établissement est très calme.

We had a warm welcome by the young lady in the reception, but was assigned a room in the basement where we had to go through the laundry machines and a lot of stuff in the hallway. The room was placed so that everyone that walked by could see in and we did not feel safe to leave things in our fridge outside since anyone could walk in. There were bugs and mosquitoes in the room and the water in the shower flooded the bathroom. We asked if it was possible to get another room, but this was not possible on the first night. The next afternoon we got to switch to a room on the first floor that was facing the pool. This room was much better, but yet the kitchen sink was blocked so the water could not go out. There was a huge difference in the service mindset between the two woman manning the reception. The hotel is located next to the ocean, but unfortunately the hotel villas block the view from both the pool and the restaurant. Also the fence facing the ocean has collapsed and looks quite rough. In conclusion this hotel does not feel like a four star establishment and has seen better days.

Quiet, a bit dated. The beach was closed off from the hotel because it was "broken", so we were told. But you could get to it by walking through the town a ways. There was a great pâtisserie across the street, and a small grocery store was next door, both very convenient. There was a small kitchenette on the balcony of our room which was nice to keep food cold and heat stuff up in the microwave. Staff was great, tho some did not speak English, thank goodness for Google Translate. Pool was nice although too cold for me to go into in January. Wasn't a whole lot to do in town, and really for that reason alone, I probably would not return to Diamant.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and our room was really nice. Greta vibe, amazing food and the beach front is special! Definitely recommended!

It’s all the little things…..the breakfast was really bad. One person serving….dirty uncleaned tables so nowhere to sit, everything constantly needing refilling like bread and butter, no cutlery, no plates, no coffee cups…unless you ask……then you get you biggest issue and it’s a Martinique issues to be fair, nobody speaks English. I get it, it’s French, but to dismiss us trying to speak French and pretending to not understand a word of English….a bit tough. Be prepared to HAVE to speak French and don’t expect great service and you’ll be fine.

La chambre plus que correct en revanche aucunes prestations digne d’un 4 étoiles Une bouteille d’eau a température ambiante juste le jour de l’arrivée Le restaurant pour le soir n’attire pas du tout à venir s’installer d’ailleurs la salle reste quasi vide, c’est un signe. Et le petit déjeuner c’est le strict minimum mais encore une fois pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. En revanche le prix est en rapport avec le service.

Sejour de 4 nuits dans cet hotel formidable. Une vue magnifique sur le célèbre diamant. Mention speciale pour le personnels pour leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance
