Great and clean room!

Property was very difficult to find but once found it was a good experience. Very clean room and the staff was very nice .

Nice stay at this centrally located hotel. Easy access to the metro and walking to all areas especially Centro Storico. So many great restaurants nearby, and Mattia from the hotel gave lots of touring and restaurant information. Inside the hotel had been freshly painted just before we arrived. The rooms were large and clean.

Fantastiskt fint rum. Rent. Bra frukost. Trevlig personal. Nära till allt.

Stayed for three nights on rail trip around Italy. The B&B is ideally situated within comfortable walking distance of the central railway station and bus from the airport, along with the main tourist sites/areas within Naples. The accommodation is also near the Metro and located in what appears to be a very safe area, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room itself was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the helpful, and friendly host (who took time to advise on what was best to see), was easily contacted via WhatsApp if needed or to answer any query. The breakfast was also plentiful; delivered to the room on each day. Would stay again if the opportunity arises.

A lovely, small B&B with individualized quality service. We arrived early in the AM and Mattia helped us to store our luggage until the room was ready. A great location and a lovely appointed room. Mattia also helped us secure an early AM transfer to the airport. He was very responsive and very helpful during our stay. Would definitely return!

Das B&B liegt in der Nähe zur Uni, wir sind vom Bahnhof gelaufen. Mattia hat auf uns gewartet, da unsere Koffer nicht ankamen. Super netter Kontakt, die Wohnung ist modern und sauber eingerichtet. Das kontinentale Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Wir können es für einen Städtetrip empfehlen.

I think that most of the issues I had would not be issues of there were someone at the property all the time. I made arrangements to meet the manager at 2:30. He wasn't there and so I called him. He said he would meet me in 5 minutes. I was waiting for 15 minutes in the sun. My AC wasn't working - I didn't know how to turn it on. I wasn't close enough, so a simple solution. I texted the manager and he said 15 minutes. After a 2 hour nap (Just flew in from the states) I woke up sweating and still no manager, so I took a 2 hour walk after texting him and asking once again to fix it. He was finally there when I came back and it took him 2 seconds to turn it on. He said he was helping other people. UGH!!! It is super close to the port, so that was handy for my trip to Capri. He was very nice when he learned I was going to be gone during breakfast and he brought it to me right when I checked in so I could eat breakfast when I wanted. If I knew someone would be there the whole time, I would book this place again, but if it's like it is now, then no. I wouldn't stay there again.

B&B. Ottimo , pulito , camera con i confort necessari , silenziosa , situato in un punto strategico vicino metro , in centro , e per uscire per escursioni fuori Napoli , lo staff disponibile, gentile , e ospitale , la colazione si fa fuori in bar vicino al B&B , lo consiglio .

B&b in zona centrale, a circa 1 km da piazza plebiscito e vicinissimo alla stazione metro. La stanza era molto pulita, confortevole e nuova. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Sicuramente ci ritornerò

Der erste Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war schon nicht der beste. Uns wurde ein Taxi vom Flughafen empfohlen (ca. 25-30 Euro). Der Flughafenbus (Alibus, 5 Euro pro Person) hält nur wenige hundert Meter vom Apartment. Nachdem unser Flug auf den nächsten Tag verschoben wurde und wir dem Gastgeber eine Info gegeben haben, kam direkt eine vorwurfsvolle Nachricht, dass auf der Anzeige des Flughafens ins Neapel der Flug doch gar nicht verschoben wurde. Die Lage des Apartments war für einen Städtetrip gut. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick relativ neu und steril. Leider war bei genauem Hinsehen die Bettwäsche fleckig und die Wände waren teilweise etwas verschmutzt. Einen Staubwedel haben manche Ecken leider auch länger nicht mehr gesehen. In der Dusche war die Brause nicht mehr voll funktionstüchtig. Leider kam auch die ersten 2-3 Minuten nur kaltes Wasser, zum Ende des duschens wurde das Wasser auch wieder kälter. Uns wurde beim einchecken das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer angeboten, dies haben wir auch so angenommen und waren damit auch zufrieden. Für das darauffolgende Frühstück kam am Vorabend die Info via WhatsApp, dass das Frühstück in einer naheliegenden Bar stattfinden wird. Die Auswahl war etwas mickrig. Ein Heißgetränk, ein Saft und ein Gebäck waren für jeden Gast vorgesehen. Sowas sollte sich nicht "Breakfast" nennen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass es in Neapel deutlich bessere Apartments in der selben Preiskategorie gibt.

Trés bon accueil par Matteo qui prend le temps de nous renseigner sur la ville. Le lieu est très propre, récent, très bien placé à côté du métro et à 10min à pieds de la via toledo.

Struttura molto carina e pulita. Comoda per raggiungere il centro e tutti i luoghi interessati.
