The hotel is new so it is clean and fresh. The location is not great for a holiday. It would be ok for business. Breakfast was ok. Service was terrible. Very few staff could speak English. People at reception were rude and unfriendly, a smile and some basic respect doesn’t cost anything. Also had a problem when checking in, as they were refusing to honour breakfast, even though it was clearly included in the reservation. The reception manager was aggressive and unhelpful, telling me It was my problem. The manager eventually gave in as the argument was too much effort. I wouldn’t stay here again.
