Sehr gut gelegenes Stadt Hotel. Gutes Restaurant im 7. Stock. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in der Stadt. Freundliches Personal.

Ok place. Kind of disorganized. Stinky bathroom nice tub quiet room no conditioner in conditioner bottle was aggravating. 30 euro early check in is obscene. No elevator in parking lot Cité mondial which really sucked.

El personal no es muy amable , los cuartos no son los que expedía nos prometió . Los cuartos están raros y no son lo que cuestan . No nos dieron lo que pagamos . No devolvieron una noche que no sirvió el aire de un cuarto . Tuvimos 4 habitación es por 4 noches. No nos dieron las habitaciones que nos prometió la página de expedia , al menos eso dijeron en el hotel. Que Expedia tenía que verlo no ellos.

Las habitaciones necesitan mejor calefacción estaba muy caliente tuvimos que quejarnos dos veces y nos movieron de cuarto la segunda noche. ( 4 noches ) el personal fue muy amable Las habitaciones necesitan un upgrade. El área esta cerca de muchos restaurantes podíamos caminar a todas partes.

Dissappointing. It's a conference centre hotel. Why not just call it that?

Nice room. Windows don't open. Views of Conference Centre not City. Daily cleaning of room - they never vacuumed. Staff very nice. Location excellent

Brilliant super helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant. Gorgeous looking hotel with water machines in comunal areas. Only issue was that the air con didnt work in our room.

Cet hôtel a besoin d'une sérieuse rénovation. La déco est datée (rien ne va ensemble), ça gâche toute impression de bien être. La ventilation est bruyante, mon minibar était en panne, mon évier bouché, les frigos du lobby sont très bruyants, les toilettes du lobby sont hors d'usage. L'hôtel est enclavé dans une cour et j'avais une fenêtre qui donnait... sur l'escalier de l'espace congrès d'à côté. Un vrai bon point, en revanche, le personnel est aux petits soins. Mais j'ai séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels Indigo, et celui-ci n'est clairement pas au niveau du bien-être qu'on ressent dans les autres.

Great central location and a lovely stay.

Property is in an excellent location amidst the Chartrons district and has a really nice rooftop bar/restaurant area. The rooms are good in size but don't have great ventilation and you can't open the windows, making it a bit stuffy.

Really comfortable, clean hotel. Good location for getting to the major sights in Bordeaux. The check in was really easy, and the staff were friendly. Bee was comfortable and the shower was good. Would stay here again.

Bel hôtel. Bien situé. Accueil simple et efficace avec un rappel de tous les avantages auxquels nous avions le droit (dont le checkout tardif). Le check out était très rapide aussi. Points positifs : Chambre spacieuse (premium) et confortable. Lit de très bonne qualité avec différents types d’oreillers. Prises en quantité (usb a/c). Côté salle de bain, de la place et des produits d’hygiène Nuxe (collection Miel). Points négatifs : La préparation de la chambre n’était pas parfaite (dommage pour un 4*) : odeur de canalisation un peu forte dans les toilettes et la SdB, pare-douche pas hermétique, plus de shampoing dans la douche et chauffage défaillant (clim HS). Pas de vue dans la chambre… Le petit déjeuner est très bien, copieux et varié. Le restaurant au 7ème étage est très agréable et le personnel hyper serviable. La terrasse offre une belle vue sur le fleuve et les quais.

Excellent séjour, hôtel très bien situé, calme et propre avec parking souterrain à proximité (dommage cependant qu’il n’y ai pas de forfait pour les clients de l’hôtel). Les lignes de tram sont proches

Het was een aangename verrassing. We hebben de kamers geüpgrade bij aankomst omdat we graag een bad wilde. Het waren mooie kamers. De ontbijtzaal was mooi en het ontbijt zeer uitgebreid..

Très bon hôtel très calme. le personnel est aux petits soins. Thomas de l’accueil est très sympathique de bons conseils. Petit déjeuner très copieux bons produits. Le seul bémol c’est de de ne pas pouvoir aérer la chambre même sans chauffage il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre. J’y retournerai.

Great location and the loveliest staff. They were really helpful with our booking, interested in our trip and gave advice about the area. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The location was good for us and the trams were nearby so could get to anywhere we needed easily including the airport.
