Nice hotel in the heart of Chartrons, wonderful staff (that was very proficient in English) & close to everything in Bordeaux. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & wouldn’t hesitate to come back. This is city that is meant to be walked, & one couldn’t ask for a better home base to start from daily. Bring your best sneakers & go enjoy this gem in SW France. *cheat code* pay for the daily breakfast…. you can pick from the entire menu & have it served daily, in bed, & no extra charge! *And don’t miss the rooftop bar. Phenomenal views up there of the entire city w/ a full menu of drinks.

Hotel légèrement décentré mais tres accessible avec le tramways. Hotel rénové et bien décoré.

the location was the best, easy to get everywhere and we walked to our river cruise, 5 minutes away. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and could order from the menu too

Alex gave us a lovely welcome. The room was spacious and there were super toiletries. Breakfast was wonderful with a good assortment of foods. Best of all was the terrace - sunny space for breakfast and apéro. Will defo come again

The hotel's location is perfect for the quays. The roof top bar/restaurant offers a fabulous panoramic view of Bordeaux.

Hotel muy lindo. Ubicado en una zona tranquila de bares y locales. No es céntrico. Los pasillos de los pisos podrían estar en mejor estado pero las habitaciones muy espaciosas y lindas. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento.

All personal var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummet rymligt och funktionellt. God frukost med fin utsikt över floden.

Great value hotel. Clean. Good drinks. Nice rooftop terrace. Friendly and helpful staff - especially in the bar. The girls help with suggested bars to go to and they were great.

Great property and staff

Nos pusieron habitacion adaptada a minisvaludos y el baño era incómodo. Quedaba el suelo de todo el baño mojado, no podias usar el lavabo, ni el espejo tras la ducha sin mojarte porque era el mismo suelo y quedaba mojado. No habia ni un solo gancho para las toallas. Baño muy incomodo.

la chambre pmr est tres bien et le personnel au petit soins un parking sous terrain devant l'hotel vraiment tres pratique pour une personne en fauteuil roulant le centre ville a 10 minutes tram ,bus ville tres bien pour une personne en fauteil
