Very friendly staff

A nice and modern budget hotel. The location is decent, being right next to the city center of Wroclaw and on a 2 minute walk from both a giant shopping mall and public transport. The 'old town' and main shopping streets are just a few minutes of walking away. The rooms were modern, functional and properly clean. Expect no frills, but everything just works as intended. A big plus is that they had implemented sufficient power outlets in the room, which, surprisingly, still isn't a given in most hotels these days. I'm also a fan of their keyless door mechanism. Check in was rather slow, though, and it seemed that they had some issues with the system when I tried to do so, as they only found parts of my reservation. I hope it was just a hiccup and nothing structural. Fortunately, staff stayed friendly and professional and kept a constructive tone all the time. Overall I'm happy with my stay and will certainly consider staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stat. The room was great and breakfast was of a very high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and large. It was only a short walk to the Old Town and for public transit. The staff are polite and kind. I did not have the breakfast so I can not comment on that.

The location was amazing and the staff were friendly, although it took us three tries to get additional pillows. The room was tiny and not very thoughtfully put together. The pillows were anemic to say the least and it was difficult to sleep because the room was so hot and, although there is a fan/temperature control (maybe?) it seemed more for show than anything functional.

Really great budget style hotel. Room clean and tidy and very spacious. Liked that the room had a keypad instead of a keycard. Had breakfast on one morning and it was good. There were plenty of choices. Well positioned near to public transport and city centre.

Room 423: clean, warm, big shower: a very good stay. In the room there is the carpet. The hotel is in a save position close to Galeria Dominikańska and the centre of the city.

Excellent service. Cleaned daily, good quality rooms, reception were very polite / helpful. Really pleasant stay Advise if you come in from the airport via bus is have google maps on and just jump off when it gets to half a mile. Did so at 11pm and its quite safe and much easier than the instructions on the website

Room warm dry and clean. Very convenient for the city centre . On main bus and tram routes with passing traffic 20 hrs a day, however didnt hear a sound when window closed. Staff extremely helpful and English spoken. Highly recommend this hotel, would definitely go back.

Very nice stay, helpful staff and clean comfortable room. Great to have the onsite parking too, very convenient. Would be nice to have additional pillows, but I never asked at reception as only staying one night. They may well have provided them if I’d asked. If you like more than one pillow, ask for extra when checking in.

We love B&B Hotels. They are conveniently located, very clean and have great service.

I only stayed for one night, but I found my room to be spacious enough. Elevator fast, combo door code, spacious lobby, roomy washroom. Furniture basic, but I don't choose a room for its furniture. Good location--shopping mall just ~150m away as well as the entrance to old town. Good value for what I paid during low season. Staff were cordial upon arrival. This is a French chain.
