The room was okay but the staff weren’t always very responsive or polite (not all of them) and when I asked for some milk for the kettle in my room, they said they didn’t have any as the delivery hadn’t come?! This is basic, basic stuff. The pillows could also be harder.

The hotel was exceptional value for money. It is easily accessed from Wroclaw Glowny train station a 10 minute walk or there are multiple bus and tram options to the nearby Galeria Dominikańska.

Stayed for 7 days on holiday! What they say they deliver is exactly that! Hotel clean , staff so helpful and friendly! Room exactly what you need...clean bed comfortable! From town square 10min walk! Big eatery and shopping mall 2 mins away! Would definitely stay again@

Veldig hyggelig opphold! Fint rom, god frokost og hyggelig personale. Jeg foretrekker en hodepute man kan forme, men det er det eneste jeg har å bemerke. Her bor jeg gjerne igjen.

Struttura situata in posizione strategica, vicino al centro ma non nel caos. Camera estremamente pulita, confortevole, accesso con codice comodissimo, personale disponibile anche dopo il check out, colazione varia e abbondante. Meglio di un 5 stelle

Très bon séjour, l’hôtel est propre, le personnel est bien, le petit-déjeuner est varié, l’emplacement est top et il y a un assez grand parking (payant) sur place.

Hyvä sijainti kävelymatkan päässä päärautatieasemasta ja lyhyen matkan päässä keskustasta. Suuri ostoskeskus on puolen korttelin päässä. Huone oli hyväkuntoinen. Kylpyhuoneessa oli lasiset juomalasit ja huoneessa posliinimukit vedenkeittimen vieressä. Televisiosta näkyi muitakin kuin puolalaisia kanavia, mutta TV:n käynnistämiseksi piti mennä ihan sen viereen, ehkä kaukosäätimen paristot alkoivat olla lopussa.

Great location 10 min walk from Old Town and close to good transport links. The reception is 24/7 and staff were really helpful, even at 2am! Breakfast is ok and room clean and comfortable. Good value for price paid.

Fantastic location, everything is within walking distance. Staff so nice, I arrived late in the evening and the reception guy upgraded me to a better room without extra charge for the duration of my stay 😀 Very clean Highly recommend

Hotel correcto. A 10 minutos estacion del tren y a un paseo de la Plaza del Mercado. Cómodo para conocer la ciudad.
