O quarto era limpo, porém o hotel precisa ser melhor cuidado. Box do banheiro tinha vazamento e molhava tudo, pelo valor pago na diária poderia ser bem melhor. Ele diz que possui estacionamento, porém ao chegar lá informam não ter vaga disponível. Essa informação poderia ser mais clara. Café da manhã um pouco básico também.

Brilliant location and easy check in. Rooms were good size and spotless. Nice big shower. Only thing I would change would be the pillows-way too soft

Bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre sehr gut.

The hotel locates near the station and the staff are helpul. I didnt try their breakfast but the room is OK. I stay in a twin room without fridge. The heater is warm enough for me a person who doesn't live in cold country. Will consider to stay next time.

Das Zimmer und auch das Frühstück waren in Ordnung. Aufgrund der Lautstärke aus dem Nebenzimmer bis kurz nach Mitternacht konnte ich nicht schlafen. Trotz Beschwerde beim Nachtportier passierte nichts. An der Rezeption war es kalt, die Heizung war nicht an. Der Nachtportier hat mit einer Decke gesessen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr schlecht. Es kam nur ganz wenig Wasser heraus.

Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the morning, the cleaners also appeared to forget that guests were still in the room sleeping. However, the reception staff were amazing. All the girls we met were very helpful and apologetic for the issues, even though stuff were beyond their control. Their professionalism really stood out. The location is very good.

Absolute aanrader, kameruitrusting meer in de richting van 3 - 4* hotels. Jong personeel beter dan de (vroeger) oude niet ver van de trein - en autobusstation. Zeer tevreden

The standard has deteriorated significantly in recent months. The reception staff stand out positively, but everything else is now below average. The preparation of the rooms, the cleanliness of the corridors, the friendliness of the staff—everything leaves something to be desired. This is also evident at breakfast. It is no longer recommendable. There are numerous cafés in the area where you can have a better breakfast. I will probably have to find another place to stay for my visits to Katowice.

Really good hotel in the city center of KTW. It’s easy to arrive with public transportation & you can walk in the city easily. The staff could be better, really quiet during check-in (no information about breakfast times, check-out time or something else).

Hotel muy céntrico. Al lado de la estación. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Desayuno excelente.
