Spacious accommodation that is well located

Clean and modern and in a perfect location.

This is a nice location as the property is at the canal but the condition of the property is very very poor. It is not and should not be listed as 5 stars. The list is as follows: Stained pillows / dirty sheets, stained carpet with residue, air conditioner remote non functional, stained dirty couch, various pieces of broken furniture i.e. one leg missing from bedside table, walls with water damage / peeling paint. Seemed that no one had lived in the place for some time and it was not cleaned. Our concierge was responsive but not terribly accountable. Housekeeping requests were delayed and also what was asked to be fixed or replaced was not done so. A request for an extra key card as our booking was for 2 was never fulfilled. It was cold during the nights as we could not turn on the heater via the air conditioning unit. Expedia was wonderful in trying intervene and offered one key cash amount which was appreciated; however, i think the biggest thing expedia could do is to de-list them as 5 star. This place is and should be 1 star.

Property was nice size, location worked for me. Property needed a few minor things repaired, but they did not affect and enjoyable stay. Was met given keys and tour of property and they were also gracious with extra time for my checkout. I would not only recommend but would definitely stay there again

Die Unterkunft ist mit Luxeryresidens verkauft worden, ist aber in desolaten Zustand. Der Host sagte zu allem ja organisiere ich, jedoch machte er gar nichts. Weder 2. Schlüssel, noch zusätzliche Decke noch Haartrockner, Geschirrtuch, Spülmittel noch Pooltcher wurden gebracht. Nach der 1. Nacht wollten wir wieder ausziehen, Bett mit Löchern im Leintuch und nur 140 cm breit, in der Mitte so weich, dass wir immer zusammen rutschten. Das schlimmste war die Autobahn vor dem Schlafzimmer es war so laut, dass wir dachten die Fenster stehen offen. (War leider nicht so) der Host wollte uns nicht helfen und verwiest uns auf Hotels.com die hatten auch keinen Erfolg, haben uns jedoch 15% Rabatt . Wir sind trotzdem nach der 2. Nacht ausgezogen und zahlten eine 2. Unterkunft. Alles war schmuddelig Wasserkocher mit rostwasser gefüllt Toster rostig Herd schmutzig und div. defekt. Siehe Bilder nie wieder ich hoffe Hotels.com schliesst diese Unterkunft aus.

Modern, clean and in a great location with a really love walk along the canal to the VA shopping complex. We had a fabulous time

Good stay and good service

Thoroughly enjoyable stay at the VA residences. Area and building was safe and walkable and the apartment was really nice and very spacious. Staff were wonderful as well.

It was horrible. The apartment is in a very bad conditions. It is unacceptable that hoteles.com has this apartment as luxury

Everything was new and fresh. The property was also well located for a conference I was attending

Our stay was very pleasant, with a magnificent view of the harbour and Table Mountain

Exceptional stay, apartment was large and amenities were great. We also enjoyed the area and of course Cape Town was fabulous.

Great apartment and a short walk along the beautiful waterway to the V&A.

My stay at this place was terrible, I had to wait for 20 minutes for the guy to come and give me the keys. Once we got to the apartment it did not look like the pictures we saw online. The carpet in both the rooms was filthy dirty and the couch in the lounge was also dirty. When I asked the guy if I can get a different apartment he said I must call the office, but the number he gave to me was not working. We ran out of electricity on Monday the 19th in the morning. I forgot some of my belongings in one of the rooms, when I call the guy who gave me the keys, he gave me a run around and now he is not picking up my calls.

Gli appartamenti sono a 10 minuti a piedi dal waterfront, ma affacciano da un lato sul porto container e dall'altro sulla sopraelevata per le auto. Pulizia pessima, moquette e divano macchiati, muri scrostati e in alcuni punti ammuffiti, mobili rovinati. Non funzionava il riscaldamento e nessuno si è premurato di provvedere o di proporci un'altra sistemazione, abbiamo chiesto delle coperte e ne hanno portata 1 il giorno successivo, peccato che i letti fossero 2. Da evitare

A nicely located apartment within easy walk along the canal to the V&A, or hop on the City Tour Canal Boat that runs every half an hour. There is a small shop on the route nearby and small cafes, but its a 15 min walk to the centre of the V&A. Check In was easy with good communication from our host and reassured by the reception security team on duty 24/7. A good quiet spot if you want to be just outside the hussle and bussle of the V&A.

Condo was very large and well located. Easy walk to the waterfront restaurants and shopping. Be sure to be home by 8:30 as the walking path along the river closes and it becomes a more complicated walk home or a taxi ride. Only one key is provided so be sure to ask for more if you’re going to need them. View of the loading harbor on the water was very interesting to our boys. We loved the water view. Restaurant on the first floor provides an easy stop for breakfast and coffee. Condo overall was clean but the floors needed to be mopped as they were dirty.
