Overall stay was dismal. The place was not what it was advertised to be. I had to asked to have my room changed. The shower taps were not functioning properly. Tiles were loose in the shower and had mould growing on them. Towels were stained. Aircon was not working. The curtains were too small for the windows. When we were moved to the new room. The linen smelt really bad. There were no sanitary bins. It was very noisy the wifi is of no use as there is no connection. Breakfast was terrible.

Não volto nunca mais. Ao chegar no hotel não tinham conhecimento da minha reserva, diziam já estar lotado e que não haviam quartos. Só depois que mostrei que ja havia sido cobrado pelo cartão de crédito que me arranjaram um quarto. O quarto que me foi designado era totalmente diferente das fotos, banheiro sujo, com piso do chuveiro com limo, con cortina plástica onde na foto aparecia blindex e o wifi não funcionava de jeito nenhum. Foi decepcionante chegar no hotel apos 3h dirigindo, a noite, e colocar minha família nessa situação. Só ficamos porque não tinha outra opção mas não indico e nao volto nunca mais.

There was no Wi-Fi, the rooms that are displayed on the website might not be what you will be getting. We stayed in a dodgy room with a filthy toilet. No towels were provided even after we went to the reception and reported it. There was a lot of noise at night from the pool and cars playing loud music. Finding parking was a struggle.

We had a great stay.
