Nous sommes arrivés à 19:15 pour prendre possession de notre chambre le vendredi soir ! On nous dit que notre chambre n’est pas encore prête puisque les meubles ne sont pas montés ! On nous dit que dans 30 minutes se sera prêt ! Finalement on a eu notre chambre à 21:20, sans chauffage, juste une petite chaufferette qui fait du bruit ! On voyait dehors à travers la porte! Et aucun lavabo dans la chambre ....

The motel seamed to be going through a reno. No power when we arrived so the owner run a generator all night.

There has been many changes but the most important thing for me when staying at a motel or hotel is the bed and this one was like sleeping on the floor. Hard to see past that for comfort

Staff wasn’t expecting my arrival but got room ready quickly. They also gave me some cleaner for my bike. Budget hotel , being renovated, but had everything I was looking for.

Overlooked farm field was nice the broken glass around not good for my dogs feet.

Nice, clean, basic small hotel in a location that was convenient for my trip and at a good rate. The sign reads simply "HOTEL" and I drove past it three times as I wasn't sure if it was the Shawville Hotel; at first it looked like it was closed.

While the room was clean, the old carpet had a nasty smell of cigarette smoke.
