Amazing hosts with all facilities and made it feel like home!

The place is nice and clean. And they responded really fast, too. The only thing that I don’t like is a shared washroom, but other than that everything is good!

The property was clean and in great condition. My stay was calm and quiet and all amenities were there. I would have liked some creamer or milk available for the tea and coffee. Overall i enjoyed my stay

The place is awesome but the room I had a bit disappointed..no windows and I was in the basement...the pictures on the site was with windows and a tv on the wall not in mine...

The house is clean and bright...quiet and I like it

Quiet room for the night, very easy check-in and instructions. The shared bathroom was very well appointed and perfectly clean. Tea and coffee were available as well as a small shared dining area and living room.

Modern, spacious, well appointed 1 bdm suite. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and at home even arriving late in the evening. The host provided clear directions ahead of time. I was able to street park right in front of the house. The address was displayed & easily visible at night. The walkway was lit around the house & stairwell. The suite upon entering was welcoming & warm. For warmer days I noticed air conditioning is available. It was cool the evening I arrived so the thoughtful pre-warmed space was comforting. It had a full size kitchen with everything needed to create a good meal but the food & beverages. Throughout my stay it was consistently quiet, spare the periodic times normal sounds of water being used in the home confirmed others were upstairs. I was able to conduct Zoom sesions with confidence, and found time to relax-a perfect place to book again for a business trip to the city.

The bathroom had a shower with 6 nozzles. The bedroom was big and bed was comfy.

Sehr ruhige und saubere Unterkunft. Sehr netter Gastgeber, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dazu noch zwei aufgeschlossene Katzen, die einem den Tag versüßen. Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Tage in Vancouver…auch dank der schönen Unterkunft. Vielen herzlichen Dank

Vancouver is an expensive place for budget traveller, I found this homestay place with a lower rate on a promotion. The check-in is self service and the place is at the underground of the house. Surprise by the elegant design with clean & tidy furniture, Will definitely choose to stay here again for my future stay if coming back to Vancouver.

It was nice.

The room and the house were clean, but the people I was sharing the space with were very noisy and inconsiderate. At 3 a.m., they used the bathroom loudly without any regard for others, and at 7 a.m., they did the same — including taking a shower.

We were unhappy at first because we didn't expect to be walking into someone's actual home and not a private area. The family and others were right there in the living space. Once we got over that, it was great - quiet (except for road noise), super convenient, nicely appointed (tho our bedroom was small), and clean.
