Personal amable, habitación cómoda, pero no tienen buena señal de internet todo el tiempo estuvo fallando y no se podía ver la TV por ese motivo..

Our stay was exceptional! The hotel is intimate & very cute! The bed was super comfy. Location is ideal! The staff was amazing! The views at rooftop bar are beautiful! We loved it & can’t wait to be back. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

En todos los aspectos el hotel era increíble menos la cama de la habitación, terrible, nos movíamos un poco y rechinaba muchísimo así que no pudimos dormir nada.

Loved this hotel , it’s extremely stylish and has the nicest staff! Our room was a great price but really small! The bed was also noisy! I did love the products used in the shower . We also booked a massage which was really nice and relaxing!

Amazing hotel to stay! Close to all points of interest. So many activities to stumble upon without even trying. Dining options close by and very reasonably priced. Hotel personnel were very attentive. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Enjoying rooftop is a must any time of day. The only feedback I would give is that the water in the shower only gets lukewarm. Also there are fire pits on the rooftop that (according to hotel personnel) have not worked for years. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very beautiful hotel, especially the rooftop terraza. The concierge,Alfredo, was very helpful and the staff at the terazza restaurant was attentive. Not a lot of outlets for charging phones, but otherwise rooms were very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property with breathtaking rooftop view of the city. Short walk to the main road with many shops and restaurants, but am have to walk uphill to get back. Check what room your are reserving because some of them are quite small being a heritage hotel. Comfortable stay overall.

We had a wonderful time in Guanajuato! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was a real bonus!

Tucked away just a few minutes from the very lively squares of Guanajuato. Very walkable with access to everything you need. That being said, the hotel was pretty quiet. We got good sleep.
