Great time

2 rooms with 2 bathrooms..perfect. Kitchen and living room. Perfect

Dirty room. Water all over the floor when I arrived and toilet was gross.

Our 3 bedroom suite was so dirty when we arrived we had to have it recleaned. Floors were gross to the point my shoes were sticking to them. I stepped on a piece of gum in the bedroom. Crumbs and debris on floor and under furniture. Food stains on couches. We had to rewash the plates and pot as it had crusted food inside. Also the first night towel rack fell off wall. They came and remounted it next day. Hallway to our room smelled like cat pee. We did like the size of 3 bedroom suite with 6 of us but that was the only redeeming factor.

Clean hotel with a kitchen and bedroom!

Everything was amazing, but the room was a little bit dusty and the bed is waaaay to soft, it was horrible to sleep on,

a comfortable and convenient spot near leawood businesses

The property had no food or water that could be purchased. The room had old cheap furniture. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Everything was cheap looking. Would not stay again. Great location close to everything. To bad they do not update their rooms and furniture.

Very nice property! It was a nice 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen living room, washer and dryer and table for eating. Will definitely book again!

Convenient location. We really liked the layout of the rooms! We only stayed one night but it would be perfect for an extended stay.

I liked everything it was so cool

Clean, relaxing, and the flavored coffee maker on the main floor was divine

Arrived at check-in time and the room I had reserved was given away to somebody else. They had to split our group up into three different rooms. I give them credit that they were still able to accommodate us, but was not what we had reserved.

Water walk gives off homey vibes from the second you enter the building. Whether you’re staying short-term or long-term, their rooms are still going to give you the same feeling. Which can be really reassuring for not only guests who travel a lot and can’t always relax in the average hotel room but also for families traveling. All of their rooms have a full size kitchen
