This is really a great place to stay. Friendly representatives. A very clean room and common areas. Coffee and tea all day long. A really great little breakfast. And most importantly it was very quiet. The best place in town to stay I’m sure.

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfy and the food options for breakfast were pretty good. They had cinnamon rolls and bacon too.

Beautiful hotel.

Best hotel in Chico everything about this hotel is amazing the food , the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff are kind and wonderful people. My parents are seniors, and the staff was amazingly understanding. The amenities were fantastic.

It was a pleasurable stay. But they could have more coffee refills in room. Two people and only three coffee pods for the coffee maker. It would be nice to have two cups of coffee for each person.

Only problem was to have housekeeping but did not get housekeeping

We came to see our Granddaughters musical play, opening night, at Chico University. We are up to see her multiple times a year & we wouldn’t stay anywhere but the Holiday Inn in Chico. It for sure is the best & most comfortable hotel we’ve EVER stayed in anywhere. From check in to check out it, it is the best. The staff rates an A++

Quite and clean

The restroom tub was a little dirty and the towels had stains on them so i had to ask for new ones but other than that everything was good, the staff was very friendly and nice.

This hotel claims in ad to have suite rooms but they are the same size as the regular room or very little difference to standard room. Other Holiday Inn and Express have large suite rooms worth the price . Not this place .

Even though it was an over nighter. It was a great stay. To the friendly desk and check in, to the free breakfast that wasn't just dry eggs and stale toast. The room was very clean and the surroundings where quiet. All around great stay.

This was a good quick spot to get away , indoor pool was a plus for the small kids in this weather
