The food , we waited more than 30 minutes for a simple bacon.

All around the hotel are homeless poeple begging and make people feel unsafe ,cant walk out to car and not be approached by some one begging for food or money

Property location was great for access near downtown and staff was great.

The property was ok. The rooms on the first floor should be upgraded and cleaned a bit better.

Ridiculous to pay $250 for a room and housekeeping does not bring fresh towels, dump trash…NOTHING!

Contrary to my instructions, I was charged on the wrong credit card. The night staff (Ashley) was unhelpful, rude, and unfriendly when trying to correct their own mistakes. Be advised: This is horrible service.

Good location. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. They kept the breakfast open for me longer than allowed time. Room was clean. We did have our key cards lock us out of our room twice but quick fix.

We checked in early and they were very friendly but the light was out in the entrance of the room, bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet paper roll was broken. Then fan in the bathroom also didn't work
