First the Staffs do not know how to react when the entire amount has been paid in advance. It seems like this was the first time for them. We paid in advance for Room and full Breakfast and Dinner, but they directed to Room services who said it will be charged. then after lot of convincing and then agreeing to the fact that the payment has been already made they started saying you can only have Rs.400 as food for two persons, Where as we paid more than Rs. 3500 for Room and Food for one night. The Room was having mosquitos they did not have any repellent when we asked them. The Room Door Lock was broken and wasn't functioning. When asked to share Managers number - they simply refused to give. Said their Manager is on Vacation. Poor Breakfast - Only Poori and Subji that two limited amount. For Dinner only 3 Chapatis and Chicken curry for one person. (We had the impression of Buffet Dinner) No Drinking water available - You have to manage on your own. Seems like the Owner is not interested in running this Business. We booked it with lot of enthusiasm due to the prevailing ratings , but were totally disappointed. We never had any high expectations. But the bare minimum was missing. Most of the time staffs were missing from work.
