Charming guesthouse/pub with warm, cheerful staff. Enjoyed superb dining/drinks. Easy access from nearby metro station. Highly recommend!

Very good find, comfortable rooms and good shower/bathroom. The room was very hot however, air conditioning in the summer would be a good addition

A nice little pub in a reasonably quiet part of north east London. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed. Reasonably priced.

This hotel is an absolute gem, the pub is excellent, very reasonably priced. High quality food. Excellent cooked breakfast.

From the minute we got there the staff so attentive & friendly we felt relaxed. We stayed there as we were going to a concert at Tottenham ground & it was a great location to be out the way but close enough to get there & back safely with our son. Food was lovely, free continental breakfast was nice & the room was a great stay. We definitely would stay again.

This was our second stay at The Royal Oak, and it was just as good as last time. It was very hot weather and the room already had a Dyson fan going when we checked in. We asked for another fan if possible and that was swiftly provided. The staff are so friendly and make staying here a joy. We were early enough to have a meal and take part in the Tuesday Quiz Night (came second, nice prize) and had such a fun evening. Just down the road is Highams Park station which we used to get into central London. So easy to do. Thank you to all the staff that made the stay a great one!

Beautiful room in a nice quiet location. The Sunday Roast was delicious and the continental breakfast was above and beyond what we expected. This place is a gem!

Very nice, spacious room with a surprising balcony. Excellent Continental breakfast the following morning and attentive staff made it a very pleasant stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. My evening meal was delicious, and had a good choice of drinks. Only fault was the room and the en suite….. a bit small.

The location for us was spot on with the overground weaver line a mere 10 minute walk. The free car parking at the back of the pub was a real bonus and was secure. Great atmosphere on arrival (7pm Friday) and enjoyed a fantastic meal and we were greatly looked after by Kelly. Music from the pub directly below did go on until midnight which didn’t bother us as the first night we were apart of that, and the second night we didn’t get back until 23:45

4th time. great place. Sunday lunch is amazing. arrive for that goes to 7pm I think.

What a beautiful place to stay. Rooms are very well looked after. All the staff are amazing and it’s a very welcoming place to stay with friendly family feel to the place. Food is very nice and very reasonably priced. Great selection of drinks too

From the moment we arrived to when we departed the staff were friendly and helpfull. Although small our room was well appointed, comfortable and clean. The atmostphere in the bar was welcoming and friendly and the food was excellent. A great location close to the train station and an on site car park. We will definitely return.

Really nice rooms, and the food was excellent. Stayed here for the football, really close to Leyton Orient. Staff are really friendly and will accommodate your requests.
