Food wasn’t worth the money and the curtains were moldy

Food was great both dinner and breakfast. Room although some attempt has been made to bring it up to date more work is needed.

Work only 10 mins away. Amesbury 5 mins. Staff very friendly and helpful.

THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING, OVERALL IT HAD A NICE FEELING , I LIKE THE CREATIVE DECOR. THE BEDROOM WAS PERFECT SIZE AND COMFORTABLE - THE BED WAS EXCELLENT, MATRESS IDEAL FOR ME...FIRM - ONLY ISSUE WAS A BED SHEET ALBEIT CLEAN WAS FULL OF BOBBLES....WE ENJOYED THE NIGHT

The staff are friendly evening meal very nice but breakfast was below par and not worth the money

We had a comfortable one night stay at Gray Manor. There was plenty of free parking and check in was smooth with the lady appearing like magic once we’d arrived! We had a spacious double room in a quiet part of the hotel. The facilities were all fine and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a stand fan for the room which was very welcome in the heatwave we have been having. Also the windows opened properly and even though you can hear the road, it was not terribly disturbing so we slept well. We had our dinner there also and sat outside ( again you can hear the road all the time). The grounds are lovely and there is a good kids playground. We saw birds of prey, and rabbits hopping about in the evening. There is a simple menu but it’s ample choice for a quick stopover kind of trip. The ribs were amazing! Staff were really friendly and very efficient.

The staff are so helpful! Breakfast was delicious. Lots of parking spaces and quiet area too.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. Really friendly staff. Great for guests with pets. Great information on arrival. Slept great. Even though there were lots of guests it was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again and recommend other people to stay here.

Lovely place and so close to where we wanted to go, checked in no problems but was mis-informed about breakfast times. Room tidy and comfortable, staff were a bit sparse but always someone around when needed, crazy Stitch lady was amazing couldn't be any more helpful. We shall definitely return.

Very nice friendly staff, breakfast excellent and good choice, down side our room was in need of make over to update decor.

Very friendly and accommodating, ideally located of the A303 for onward journey. Super dog friendly as we had our 3 greyhounds. Breakfast was amazing 👍

Personal war sehr freundlich und zu vorkommenden. Es gab ein Begrüßungs Getränk. Zimmer waren sauber und sehr schön eingerechnet. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
