From the warm and friendly welcome to the spotless room with really nice extra touches (bathrobes and slippers, tea and coffee, even a welcoming card and sweets), this was a great choice. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre of Arundel and the Castle and the provided parking spot made everything really simple. The breakfast included delicious home-made cakes, cereals, yoghurt and toast, all you need to set you up for the day. We’ve already booked our return visit.

We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend staying there!

A Perfect Birthday Surprise – Thoughtful and Welcoming Stay I booked Arden House as a surprise birthday treat for my sister, who is currently going through house renovations, so she really needed a relaxing break away. It turned out to be absolutely perfect. Communication from the host was exceptional from the start. I was able to reserve parking in advance, and they were so warm and welcoming when she arrived. They really made her birthday feel special. The Superior room was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean, with beautiful natural light from the large windows. There were such thoughtful touches waiting for her, including a handwritten birthday card, sweet treats, a fruit bowl, plush towels and dressing gowns neatly prepared on the bed. It felt personal and genuinely caring. The location is excellent for exploring Arundel, and breakfast was very good as well. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Arden House. A lovely, friendly place that goes the extra mile

Lovely hotel; really enjoyed our stay. The room was excellent and had everything you could need. The breakfast was great and the hotel is well placed to enjoy the town, the castle and within easy reach of the cricket ground. Would definitely visit again.

Really delightful home-away-from-home little hotel. Delightfully warm hosts, especially at breakfast, plus homemade lemon & blueberry cake (rather a yummy treat as I don't usually have cake for breakfast!). Clean, tidy, not too hot (lots of places I've stayed are a touch too warm for me). Happy to recommend to all-just goegeous!

Shower so to small and the shower heads require jets clearing water pressure to low (bad shower)
