Definitely not worth the money. The rooms are very small and very simply furnished. The beds are very hard. Additionally, the staff is incredibly unfriendly.

Incredibly unfriendly staff. We waited outside the hotel for hours trying to reach the hotel by phone to get our PIN codes for the rooms. They supposedly sent them in advance, which isn't true, and on several calls we were rudely told not to bother them. The rooms are so-so, but definitely not worth the money.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas dunkel, aber für eine Woche völlig ausreichend. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit – alles war sehr ordentlich und gepflegt (jeden Tag neue Handtücher) Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Genial para un fin de semana. la habitación tiene lo necesario. Bien decorado, moderno, limpio. Sólo destacar que deberían informar que habitaciones son abuhardilladas, ya que nosotros somos altos y todos nos dimos varias veces en la cabeza. Termina siendo incómodo.

Sehr ansprechend, sauber und gut organisiert. Das einzige, das fehlt: persönlicher menschlicher Kontakt. :) Wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen. Vielen Dank

Read the instructions they send you and you'll have no problems. Room was great and didn't have anything to complain about. Was definitely satisfied.

Un cadre exceptionnel pour un séjour reposant ! Je vous conseille de réserver plusieurs nuits pour bien profiter du cadre afin de vous ressourcer. Si vous souhaitez apporter une touche luxueuse à votre séjour, je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci pour l'accueil Marcela !

Nice Fresh Hotel in the center of Arta.

Fine basic room. WiFi doesn’t reach room 4 so you have to sit in the courtyard. Which wasn’t great if you wanted to watch something on your phone or laptop. And room 4 also has ants :/ Great location.

It was perfect. Very quick to respond.
