They upgraded our room and offered us a shower when we came back to pick up our luggage after checking out from a sweaty tour.

Real positive expirience , nice ,spacious room , clean and centrally located hotel . warm welcoming and efficient staff , especially Mrs Vitheara. Good breakfast . there is a spa , even I did not have the time to try it . Walking distance from night market and down town . they provide tax service if you want and change currency . Recommend to stay .

The staff from front desk, restaurant, housekeeping and spa were quite attentive and gracious. We had a wonderful stay and will return if chance arises.

OMG this place. The staff is AMAZING, the amenities and attention to detail all top notch. Walkable to major markets and pub street, everyone goes over and above to help out and solve problems - even squeezed us in for massage last minute! The. BEST!

I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience at Golden Temple Hotel Siem Reap. The staff's friendliness, exceptional food quality, and outstanding services truly exceeded all expectations. If a six-star rating were possible, this hotel would undoubtedly deserve it. My stay in Siem Reap was made unforgettable, thanks to the team’s effort. A special mention to the property manager, Visal, whose warmth, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. Also Daneth who was so helpful and kind. The accommodating nature left a lasting impression.

Beautiful and clean hotel

The room, the staff, and the food were all great. The pool was beautiful and well maintained and I swam every day. There was nothing I did not like.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt hier im Golden Tempel Residence. Schönes Hotel, grosszügiges Zimmer, tolles Personal, welches einem das Gefühl gibt, die wichtigste Person zu sein! Nachtessen mit Kulturshow ist auch sehr empfehlenswert (sonst eher nicht so mein Ding, diese hat mir aber sehr gefallen).
