Very beautiful and nice place to stay.

Un hôtel magnifique le personnel était très accueillant et agréable. À l'accueil nous étions surclassé un geste très appréciable. Je recommande fortement d'aller s'installer chez eux. Par contre l'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas top, la route est très abîmé

Overall, the property is wonderful, but the staff, particularly the receptionists, are not very friendly. The ladies seem reluctant to do their jobs; they either take an excessively long time to assist guests or, when they finally do help, they often get it wrong. This is my biggest complaint— the resort really needs to invest in friendlier staff. They are unhelpful and seem indifferent to any concerns you might have. Additionally, there was a dining area that was clearly overcrowded, yet they continued to serve breakfast, resulting in a wait of 40 to 50 minutes. You would think they would extend the breakfast hours to accommodate guests, but they did not. The service was just terrible. The customer service was very disappointing.

Friendly and helpful staff, Julian delivered exceptional customer service/leadership skills, he is the man to go to with any queries or enquiries. We Loved the indoor pool, jacuzzi and spa services. Large variety of buffet style meals, but my family preferred the a la carte dinner meals. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Excellent service for affordable price

Je n’ai pas aimé mon séjour, la chambre première chambre était vieille pour un 5 étoiles. On m’a changé de chambre mais elle manquait aussi de rafraîchissement. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, le téléphone non plus pourtant j’en ai parlé mais rien n’a été fait. La nourriture du restaurant « à la carte » pas bonne. J’ai commandé un risotto qui n’était pas cuit, un des serveur a osé sous en entendre que parce que j’étais noire, je ne savais pas ce qu’était un risotto, ce qui est complètement inacceptable! J’ai eu droit à pas mal d’acte raciale. Bref ! J’ai détesté mon séjour.

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly , the receptionist Julian was very polite and we enjoyed everything about the services . The SPA was wonderful , to pass an amazing weekend with that price was amazing .

Ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel Am Strand sehr viele streunende und aggressive Hunde, lautes Bellen ab 04:30 bis 07:00 Uhr durchgehend, diese Hunde haben am Strand nichts zu suchen, TV hat kein deutschsprachiges Programm,

We had a great stay at grand blue Fafa. I just didn’t want to come back from there. Great spa beautiful property wonderful location amazing food! I wanna go back :)
