Great location near St. Stephen's Basilica. Close to several metro lines, tourist sites, and good food, located on a quiet street. Fast, reliable, free wifi (~21mbs in the room)-- good enough for Zoom video calls. Friendly staff. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Great hotel!

El check in no fue a tiempo, sino hasta las 5 porque no había habitaciones. Tampoco me pusieron habitaciones en el mismo piso como lo había solicitado y me habían confirmado, todo lo demás estuvo bien, fueron amables

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to many top attractions and great restaurants. However, the room’s ventilation system is a bit noisy and cannot be turned off, even though there is a window. Additionally, it took an hour to receive a dental kit after calling the reception upon arrival, so service efficiency could be improved.

A localização é ótima, mas o quarto deixou a desejar... Éramos 3, o valor do quarto para o 3o hóspede era o mesmo que os demais, mas deram uma cama como se tivesse sido de graça... Horrível. Uma cama de armar de dentro de um sofá sofrível. Não dá para entender...

This is a lovely hotel. My room was spotless and the bed and pillows really comfy. The area is quiet and safe but within easy walking distance to all major sights. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing property, close to everything, and the manager was amazing!!

The hotel is perfectly located to reach many attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was a strange smell like a toilet in our room, which didn't go away even with airing.
