Everything about this hotel was WONDERFUL! Great rooms, awesome modern design, helpful and friendly staff, THE most fantastic breakfast buffet I have ever had, comfy beds/pillows and convenient and safe location. Highly recommended!!!

Everything was a very good expierence. I suggest this hotel if you go to Lima. Safe district and a very good hotel!

Their food service was not that great, they messed up the order and served the food what had not been ordered. Though they did not charge for those foods but that cannot take the inconvenience causes by that.

el hotel es muy limpio, el desayuno muy rico y la ubicacion excelente. pero las instalaciones se ven demasiado amplias SOLO EN LAS FOTOS, en la realidad son icreiblemente pequeñas, en especial las triples y cuadruples son del mismo tamaño que la simple y las camas son mas pequeñas que 2 plazas, me parecio increible que 3 a 4 personas puedan entrar en 2 camas fuera de eso el servicio fue bueno, pero pese a la amabilidad de todo el personal no pudimos llegar a una solucion mas que acomodarnos

Mi estadía en el hotel fue excelente. El personal siempre fue muy amable y atento, las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas, y la habitación resultó cómoda y tranquila. El desayuno variado y de buena calidad. La ubicación también es perfecta para desplazarse y conocer la zona. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Remember "First impression is the last impression". The first receptionist (female)was so blunt and seemed annoyed when we checked in. The other two male receptionists didn't even respond to our questions or acknowledged that we were there. Customer service is everything to me and my family when we travel- and we do travel around the world. Tengo que mencionar que "Ryan" que se mantenia en la puerta principal durante el dia,fue muy cortez, nos ayudo, nos sugerencias y toda la informacion que necesitabamos, especialmente en ciertos momentos de apuro- Ese chico fue excepcional!Tal vez, deberia ocupar otro cargo en la compañia.

Todo bien, solo que las almudadas no se si sean las mas adecuadas me perjudico el cuello jajajaja después de 3 veces que iba al hotel es muy bueno solo que mi cuello pago PATO.

Me parece absurdo que siendo miembro de Hilton Honors, no se cuente con las prerrogativas correspondientes debido a que se reserva la estadía a través de Hoteles.com, eso da mala imagen del hotel y también de Hoteles.com
