Check in was smooth, the room was beautiful. Food took a little long to arrive but overall great stay!

Very nice place with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff provided great service throughout my stay, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby areas using Uber. I’d definitely stay here again.

Excelente hotel, me gustó mucho. La habitación amplia, cómoda y moderna; las instalaciones muy bie mantenidas, la comida muy buena en lo dos restaurantes que tiene. El gimnasio es cómodo, con buena dotación y muy bien mantenido. La playa es vigilada con paraguas y sillas exclusivos para el personal del hotel. Destacable la atención y vocación de servicio del personal. Tendría muchas personas por destacar, solo recuerdo el nombre de Fajix quien nos atendió e la playa y en el restaurante Cayeye. Volvería sin dudarlo al hotel.

When we arrived I upgraded to a suite The best decision we made. The suite was perfect. Beach view was spectacular. The attention we got was superb. I recommend to stay in this hotel. It was sad to leave….

Beautiful resort right on the beach in Santa Marta. Very close to the airport but a ways from the city proper. Rooms was great. Restaurant was fabulous. Getting transport from airport was a bit messy but getting to the airport was simple and easy.

El hotel es muy bueno pero se podría mejorar en el respeto al espacio de los demás, en el restaurante cayeye estábamos almorzando y era tal el ruido de la mesa del lado que no podíamos hablar entre nosotros, le dijimos al mesero y pidió excusas pero el ruido siguió igual, falta personal que atienda en la playa ya que solamente había una persona para atender a todos los huéspedes de la playa
