The property (especially the 4th floor where we stayed is literally brand new - fully refurbished) every thing is nice and clean. The inly hiccup is the door lock jammed on last night of our stay and they offered us alternate room to us.

Friendly staff and unbeatable location right next to the Médina in a live commercial district, with plenty of food and shopping options. Two minuses. No hot water above the third floor. I was lucky to check before saying OK. And they immediately offered another room. Second - They didn’t realize my booking included a breakfast. To make up for it they really overcharged me on the laundry. So negotiate the rate for miscellaneous services in advance. Otherwise, a nice hotel.

Es un Hotel muy acogedor y bien situado. El recepcionista muy apañao. Tiene una terraza con uas vistas espectaculares. Calidad/precio muy razonables.

The rooms are not similar to what is being shown in the pictures by any mean. The bathroom and room quality are terrible. The staff was kind enough to offer me a slightly better room that I had to pay more for it. But overall the quality is very low and it is overpriced.
