Good front desk service and rooms were decent. Food was okay and could be improved.

The outlets next to the bed didn’t work. We found tiny bottles of shampoo and bodywash already open and used . With the tops off they were left there by the cleaners. The towel rack was falling on it's side . All these problems are the result of poor maintenance.

Nice & centrally located hotel with great rooftop restaurant.

A hotel with great staff and a simple menu that is cooked very well. I enjoyed my stay there and was able to relax, which was what I sorely needed! Great mattress!

Be prepared for obnoxious check in staff. If you book a triple room and show up with three people, they will be confused

Never book the standard room, its horrible. Pros Amazing location, views, food at the restaurant , they upgraded me when i complained about the standard room and also my friends, parking Cons Very bad approach road, cleanliness of the property, breakfast, no windows with outside views in maximum rooms, warm but untrained staff Cons

The ultimate benefit of staying in this property is that it has a large rooftop with an amazing mountains/hills facing view with the river Ganga flowing and can see the bridge too. The other unique selling point is that the clean, quiet Ganga ghat is just a minute's walking distance. The staff is also very nice. I would recommend staying in this property.

Great location for scenery

Dette var ikke bra, rommet var ikke i nærheten av hva som var beskrevet. Fikk ikke ro grunnet bråk gjennom natten. Vi skulle egentlig være der i 2 netter, men sjekket ut etter den ene natten. Anbefales ikke.

The restaurant is great and staff is very friendly.

This is a nice older hotel, very near the banks of the Ganges. Rooms are very comfortable wish nice beds and bedding. There is a very nice rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view of the Ganges and the Himalayan foorhills.

Good stay but there were two issues. 1. The hotel phone number given was kind of middle man # who told me that he will advise hotel number by text soon. I am still waiting as of today. 2. The approach road to the hotel was Terrible.

Excellent cuisine and excellent service. Beautiful views from the balconies and terrace. There was a slight issue with a door getting stuck and a fan not functioning properly, but it was quickly attended to by helpful staff.
