The room was very cold. We told the desk but nothing happened. I had to sleep far away from the window which was wet with moisture all over. I had to wear my parka to sleep. What a terrible nightmare!! I don’t go back to that hotel.

Gute Lage in Amboise

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. At the center of Amboise. Just few minutes walk to the Chateau.

Nice small breakfast buffet, utilitarian room, perfect location…and public parking across from the hotel- with easy access for all types of vehicles…

I will not recommend this hotel. Too expensive for what it is! Toilet seat broken, long to get hot water. The bed is to low!

Chambre petite mais propre

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights. The staff was so incredible. They were making some construction updates to the hotel while we stayed and as a result we had some issues with our room and the gentleman at the front desk was so incredibly helpful. And they gave us so much great advice about where to park and what to do nearby. The room was small but matched the listed description, so it was exactly upon our expectations. Would stay here again.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel : emplacement idéal en centre ville, très calme, à 5 minutes en voiture du château, facilité de parking Accueil chaleureux et professionnel chambre impeccable, très propre et remise à neuf, literie de bonne qualité petit déjeuner buffet, très fourni

odeur très désagréable dans la salle de bain qui a été signalée dès le premier jour .Rien n'a été fait . Un déodorant aurait peut-être amélioré la situation. L'écoulement du lavabo se faisant mal, le problème vient peut-être de là.

Nous avons été très déçus, mais c'est un hôtel deux étoiles... Les chambres sont très petites, certaines sans fenêtres, avec seulement un petit velux ou une petite fenêtre. J'ai pu changer de chambre et visiter les autres, qui étaient similaires. Le parking, bien que sécurisé, est payant et se trouve à environ 200 mètres de l'hôtel, ce qui n'est pas très pratique. Cependant, l'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du centre touristique.

Convenient location near the chateau. No staff for evening check in. No elevator and narrow, steep stairs. Ceiling mold above the shower. Needs renovations.
