Good location, clean, no complaints. Would have been nice to have more than 1 days worth of coffee, but other than that great stay

Studio apartment assigned to me was not as shown on the profile picture. Humble suggestion, property needs to take photos of rooms offered so customers know what to expect. Also, air conditioning systems in foyer are greatly needed as the summer heat is intense and customers could do with a nice cool and soothing atmosphere when they step in the foyer heading up to their rooms. overall, my stay was great. Apartment was very self-contained, ample availability of power sockets was an added bonus. The property is very conveniently located as major places of interest are in walkable distances and there are endless choices or bars, restaurants, shops and ice cream joints. Salzburg airport is about 5 to 10 mins drive (awesome), the train station, Salzburg Hbf is about 10 mins walk from Master Mirabell. Finally, the remote team are amazing. They're prompt with responses to customer enquiries. I particularly loved the fact the hotel provides mobility tickets (which are free) for passengers who wish to travel by train from Salzburg to neighbouring towns/cities and within half an hour of providing info required for this to the team, my ticket was emailed and i was able to use it to visit the Burg Hohenwerfen the next day. I would definitely recommend Master Mirabell and would also stay there again on my next trip. The team are consistent with communication and very prompt in responding to enquiries. Really helpful and friendly bunch.

We would recommend this to friends and would stay here again. Aside from the good location, my kids slept on the sofa bed and said it's the most comfortable bed they've been on - and they've stayed in a lot of hotels.

Nice location, only 10 to 15 mins walk to the center of Salzburg; clean and easy access to tours and transportation. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bathroom is inside the bedroom so for party of 4 people, it’s not the best set up. Other done that, everything is good!

Room was very compact. Not much space. The washer and dryer- only three pairs between two apt buildings. Only one dryer was working that also not properly. It took me whole night to get my cloths washed and dry but they were still wet after 5 hours in the dryer( had to change dryer- very busy due to too many people and too few working machines) . I am very disappointed since that was the main reason we chose to stay in apt !!

We loved the area. The comunication with the host was great. We didn’t like that the eletricity went down a few times. We had to get up at night to go to the bathroom in the dark. The second night the eletricity went down again but then we had figure out that it was a problem with the light switch in the living room that was turning off the eletricity to the other rooms. After that we figure out what to do. Very cute place. I would stay there again.

The room was fantastic. The A/C worked extremely well, which was nice as there was a heat wave going on while we were in Salzburg. The location was also great - lots of cafes and restaurants, the Mirabell gardens and tour buses all within walking distance.

Clean and pretty apartment quite central in a seemingly calm area. Nice with AC due to hot weather. Bed linen were missing for the bed sofa so we had to go get them ourselves in the equipment room. We booked shortly before arrival so we had some troubles checking in. All communication went through whatsapp which felt really unpersonal but they answered our questions within 5 minutes. Service wise, it had been so much more welcoming and wonderful if they had staff on site.

Great location, clean comfortable room, all amenities that we could need, felt very safe.

The location of this property was perfect for eating out, shopping, walking, sightseeing, and spending time experiencing local culture. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed to prepare food and store leftovers or groceries. Dishes and cooking pans, utensils, and detergent with towels were spot on. I highly recommend!
