Nous sommes arrivés nous avions une chambre famille et nous avons été surclassé avec une vue chambre famille vue mer. La réceptionniste à l'accueil était très aimable. Les chambres ont une belle vue sur la mer et sont propres. Le seul desagrément et l'odeur dans la salle de bain. Il y a à mon avis un dysfonctionnement en ce qui concerne les évacuations sanitaires. Pour y remédier j'ai placé une serviette mouillée sur l'évacuation du sol de la salle de bain cela évite la remonter des odeurs. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. En revanche nous avons dîné dans l'hôtel Le menu est excellent il y a une belle terrasse à côté de la piscine où vous pouvez manger le soir le service est irréprochable et les plats sont très très bons et il n'y a pas de mauvaise surprise pour l'addition.

WC de kullanılan musluk suyu sanırım şebeke suyu değil çünkü koku anlamında oldukça rahatsız edici.. Ayrıcada WC de ciddi anlamda küf konusu mevcuttu. Bunun dışında konfor karşılama ve de sabah kahvaltısı konusunda çeşit ve de servis oldukça başarılıydı.. İ

Otel kahvaltısı, konumu, manzarası, çalışanların ilgisi çok güzeldi. Oda temizliği özellikle banyo temizliği daha iyi olmalıydı. Onun haricinde otel bünyesinde olan Kömür Karası restaurantı denedik. Yemekleri çok güzel garsonların ilgi ve alakası çok iyiydi. Anında siparişimizi alıp çok hızlı bir şekilde servis ettiler. Tüm çalışanların ilgisi için için teşekkür ederim

From the moment I checked into the hotel, everything was very disappointing. The room keys did not work at all; despite going to reception three times and being told “this time it will work,” I still couldn’t open the door. In the end, they had to give me the housekeeping key instead. There was a very heavy odor throughout the hotel, and unfortunately, everything seemed extremely neglected. The elevator was in terrible condition. Overall, the hotel had clear organizational issues. The room itself was worn out and dirty. Although I did not have high expectations since it is a three-star hotel, the service and the room we received were well below the price we paid.

Otel yenilenmiş çok bakımlı ve temizdi. Çarşaflar havlular tertemizdi. Çalışanlar son derece misafirperver ve saygılıydı. Zaten otelin manzarasına diyecek yok. Biz family roomda kaldık 2 ayrı oda ve banyo olduğu için 4 kişi çok rahat ettik.ihtiyacımız olduğunda eksiklerimiz tamamladılar,temizlik istediğimizde hemen yaptılar. Kısacası bir dediğimiz iki olmadı. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterli ve kaliteli ürünlerden oluşuyordu. Biz çok beğendik çok memnun kaldık.Teşekkür ederiz

Her şey çok güzeldi. Güzel açık büfe sabah kahvaltıları, temiz bir havuzu ve sizinle daima ilgilenen havuz başı çalışan personeller. Özellikle havuz kısmında bar bölümünde çalışan Kaan’a teşekkür ediyoruz :) tek problem lavabonun küçüklüğü 😂 tekrar tercih edeceğiz :) ♡

Herkes çok ilgiliydi. Fiyat kalite endeksi gayet iyiydi. Sadece büyükler havuzuna bezli altı bağlı bebekler girmese daha iyi olur. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Restorant güzeldi.

A very average hotel. It was in a fantastic location, very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. However, the hotel itself was not great. No one came by to clean the room, change the sheets and give clean towels etc. on the third day I had to ask for clean towels as they were filthy. There was always dirty plates on the floor in the hallway (sometimes for days). The staff did not come across very friendly.

Nice cozy place to stay. Quiet and not to busy. Beach access close by. Lots of restaurants and small shops within 5 minute walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Manque de cocktail sans alcool et des équipements comme par exemple le gel douche mais le reste est excellent !

Hôtel au premier abord correct mais les surprises s’en sont suivies: Mégots de cigarettes, moutons de poussières par terre dans la chambre. Traces de main rougeâtres sur les murs Climatisation et télévision non fonctionnel. Barricade obstruant la totalité de la fenêtre, ce qui amène à aucune entrée de luminosité. Présence d’asticot dans la piscine, cette dernière a l’air mal entretenue, faible au niveau sanitaire. Plage et infrastructures abandonnées autour de l’hôtel. Aucun centre d’intérêt autour de l’hôtel ni dans les villes d’à côté Prix excessivement élevée du bar et du restaurant ainsi que les nuit d’hôtel. Accès limité au spa et à la salle de sport malgré la somme payé. Cependant le personnel de l’hôtel reste à l’écoute et serviable. Ces dernier ont essayé d’améliorer notre condition d’hébergement. Nous avons avons demandes un remboursement de la dernière nuit mais nous avons tout de même quittés la chambre. Cordialement
