La habitaci[n bien. Poca luz eléctrica, un poco obscuro pero si muy cómoda, limpia y silenciosa

We had an amazing stay, room clean staff very helpful and la victoriana restaurant was spot on every time we dined in 3 times. Manager always checked on us and the waiter Ramses always gave us the best service possible. Thank you definitely will book again!

The room that we stayed their AC was not working. In the night when we wanted to take a shower it was coming out only hot water. We needed to wait for an 1hr to get cold water.

Marianna and Miguel was awesome. They provided first class accommodation and made the trip feel extra luxurious

This is a old property converted in to a boutique style hotel. Rooms are not functional and have a bad layout. Beds run small and are not the comfiest. Every noise is heard from the guests walking in heals and entering and exiting their rooms. Neighborhood is safe and you will have fun in Guanajuato. Last of all hotel does state on site parking but is limited to street parking.
