Cleaning was ok, breakfast was ok, not a variety of food, no sweet bread, need ceiling fan, no towel in bathroom

Was a terrible experience, wasn’t clean and a lot of Cockroaches..

The people working at the hotel were kind. The price was alright, although a bit expensive for the area. I do have a couple of not-so-great points to point out. The good news is that if you're coming from the Nueve Central bus station 0 the small one that serves only a few cities, Chapala, etc. There are a bunch of bus stations in GUAD. This is one of the smallest with extremely limited service. The unfortunate situation with this hotel is that there is nothing you would want anywhere near it. It's kilometers from Centro, and I walked dozens of blocks and couldn't find a place to eat. Maybe a couple local spots that most people would not want to eat at. That is the downside. The beds are too soft for my liking, sinking into them, and the fan in the room was beyond noisy. Just keep'n it real. Loved the nice people willing to speak English that were at the front desk, so thank you for that. I would not say the area in unsafe, at all. Lots of people selling things on the street, but that is not a 'safety' issue. One upsdied is that it is across the street from a huge WalMart. You can at least get fruit, and a few items there to eat. :)

Habitación limpia, personal amable, tiendas cercanas.

El desayuno siempre es lo mismo, no vario ni un un solo dia. Adicional muchas veces se encontraba frio. El precio esta aceptable. No hay muchas opciones de restaurantes cercanos

Todo bien solo un detalle. Me tocó la habitación 510 y el internet jamás funciono, tenía que trabajar y fue un martirio. Se reportó a recepción y la señorita me dijo que es la única red que hay e incluye a mitad del pasillo está el código qr pero supongo que por la lejanía de la habitación se iba y regresaba y en mis dos teléfonos y aparte un tercer teléfono fue igual. Siento que deben de poner algo para que llegue mejor la señal.

El desayuno era muy malo, todo, lo único bueno fue el cafe y fue por que me lo prepare yo

deje mi cartera y me la robaron

Los baños no estaban muy presentables, un olor no muy atractivo en las habitaciones

Tiene varias tiendas cerca como un walmart, una pequeña tienda saliendo del hotel y un little cesars cerca de ahi.

Horrible hotel; horrible servicio y horrible las habitaciones

En lo personal me parece buena opción de hotel, es accesible y cerca de varias tiendas, está frente a Walmart, me ha tocado habitación agradable, limpias y de buen tamaño.
