What an amazing building in an incredible location with amazing staff. Top marks all around, and I can't wait to come back to stay again.

Staying at the Park Hyatt Kyoto was an unforgettable experience. The property itself is stunning, blending modern luxury with the quiet beauty of Kyoto’s traditions, but what truly made my stay so special was the team behind it. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and thoughtful, creating a sense of genuine care that’s rare to find. A special thank you to Gerardo, whose impeccable taste and thoughtful recommendations added so much depth to my time in Kyoto. His guidance made every experience feel curated and personal, and I’m deeply grateful. The management and staff together set a standard of hospitality that is far beyond.

The hotel is wonderful. It sits in the middle of an area with a lot of tourists during the day. That can be a positive or a negative, depending on your perspective.

There is no better place to stay in Kyoto. The location is SUPERB. The hotel is the most magical place. If all of that was not enough, Yuriko at the the concierge desk provides the most exceptional level of service I have ever encountered. Stay there just for the concierge services. Cannot say enough good things about this property, the entire staff is fantastic, but without a doubt, Yuriko takes the cake!

아름답고 편안한 호텔!! 교토에 또 가게되면 다시 머물고 싶은 곳.

すごく良い場所にあります。 市内を一望できる場所で清水寺なども徒歩圏内、付近にお店も多く、夜は静か。 夕食も付近に祇園にしかわさんなど良いお店があり便利なとこでした。 建物内の作りやスタッフさんの対応もパークハイアットらしい感じでとても素晴らしかった。 また機会があれば滞在したいです。

観光地から近いのにとても静かでいい滞在が出来ました。 バーに行く道が夜、足元が暗くて少し危なく感じましたが、それ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。

庭付きのパークスイートは快適です。昨年に続き利用させていただきました。来年も来たいと思ってます。

フロントスタッフの数名は、しっかり全体を見渡し、対応されていましたが、実際に担当された方がどこかへ行ってしまい、チェックインに時間を要したので、残念でした。 複数の国のパークハイアットに宿泊していますが、今回が一番残念に感じました。車寄せの際のスタッフの方々もまだ、あまり慣れていないせいか、日本の他のハイアットの方がスムーズです。 部屋は、新しいということもあり清潔でよかったです。

誕生日の一泊でしたが、とても素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。ホテル内のバーも最高でした。
