交通不便！位置偏僻！

当日遅くなりましたがスタッフさんの対応にはあまりいいとは言えなかったです。

客室も水回りも綺麗で、思ったよりも広かった。少し距離はあるが徒歩圏内に地下鉄の駅もあるし、便利だったのでまた利用したい。

Professional and friendly staff, however the hotel is a bit far from most attractions. There is a bus option to dotonbori about 10mins from the hotel and T line close to the hotel, also about 10mins. There were some spots that lacked cleanliness but overall clean.

Nice decent room for family of 3. It's clean. Staff are helpful when we asked for towels, kitchen stuffs and buying laundry liquid. The area is quiet and safe. Walk around 10' to 20' to different train stations.

안내해주시는분도 서툴지만 한국말로 대응해주셔서 너무 편하게 이용하다가요 . 번화가에서 거리가 좀 멀긴했지만 호텔시설이 너무 좋아 편하게 쉬다 갑니다 ^^

部屋が広くてすごく良かったです。

ソファーベッドの下が汚くて残念でした。

根本廚房沒有設備，冇任何煮食器皿，碟等等 洗衣設備要俾錢 ，地方比較偏遠，附近冇乜食肆，全酒店得兩個車位都係喺樓梯底，好難泊，否則要自己出外找車位。 兩間房住咗三晚要求遲半小時check out要每間房收1000円

It wasn't clear that the detergent was supposed to be bought at reception. There is a Lawson nearby and a supermarket

全体的に良かったです。強いて言うなら、洗面所にタオル掛けが欲しいのと、浴室に桶と椅子が欲しいです。

Staff super friendly and helpful
