Best hotel room I’ve EVER stayed in, the superior suite, good value. Only negative is that the room door is not soundproof / acoustic, so one can hear going on in the corridor quite loudly which was a shame. Otherwise brilliant.

Although I requested no smoking the room smel cigarettes. The bathroom smell and the bidette like no one ever cleaned it . Sunday the 19 of October I witness two ladies doing the cleaning just removed the towels came with a dirtiest mop I ever saw just slap the mop on the bathroom floor and disappeared

Correu muito com a exceção de quem deixaram no quarto a garrafa de vinho conforme o estatuto vip. Foi necessário eu entrar em contacto com a linha de apoio , ressalvo que estive mais de 20 minutos em linha o que acresce custos para mim. O chat da aplicação não estava em funcionamento. Contudo com a amabilidade da senhora do atendimento, conseguiu resolver o problema .

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to visit the Fatima shrine.

Tudo em conformidade, apenas um pequeno pormenor: O Hotel e conforme se pode constatar nas suas carateristicas, aceita / admite animais domésticos; Contudo, não informa de que estes têm um custo acrescido / suplementar na estadia nem tão pouco de qual o seu valor.

Large parking place, check in went smoothly, girl promised that printed receipt will be ready when checking out. Room was spacious, bed etc great. Breakfast started 7:30, a bit late but I had enough time. Quite basic breakfast. Im check out, receptionist refused to give the receipt, explained that I'll get from Expedia, even though I paid with card in check in. I explained what was promised, and how I always get the receipt from hotel if I pay directly to the hotel.After few minutes, she finally started to look papers to show me that there isn't such a receipt, but there was. So I got it, without apologising or anything. And I didn't receive my free bottle of wine that I was supposed to get, as silver member.

Muy contento con la experiencia. Personal muy atento y agradable. Desayuno abundante y muy rico. Habitación moderna, grande y bien insonorizada. Cama muy confortable y baño limpio y espacioso.

방이 다행히 미리 준비되어 일찍 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다. 호텔은 너무 좋았고 방도 좋았으나 성당과 반대쪽이라서 그 부분은 조금 힘들었어요. 그래봤자 2km도 안되지만 힘들때는 걷기 조금 힘든 정도. 셔틀이 있으면 좋겠다 생각했어요. 아침 조식도 괜찮았고 만족스러웠습니다!
