It was nice and easy to check in and the building seemed nice but there was a lot of really bad mould in the bathroom.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and a smooth check-in. Everything was simple and hassle-free, exactly what you want when traveling.

Quiet area, lots of places for coffee and breakfast around, easy to walk to all tourist attractions, dining options. I will definitely recommend and return, as we love Porto.

Did not have to deal with staff which means everything went smoothly. Room was nice and clean. Minimal repairs would be nice: bathroom door. Quiet neighbourhood but there is a bird that starts calling early in the morning every minute. You can also hear the pipes clearly from other rooms. Overall pleasant experience with a great functional kitchenette

Værelserne var pæne men meget små - ca. 30 cm. man kunne kravle forbi sengen på. Ingen fysisk reception, ingen mulighed for at sætte bagage før og efter indtjekning. Koden til dørene kom først efter telefonisk kontakt til servicedesk. Men beliggenheden var OK.

Display of a friendly human offering help and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE OR REPLIED. NOT EVEN A MIRROR! Tiny and no space for two people to walk at same time.

The location was quite disappointing. The beddings were dirty and stinky. The kettle was so dirty that it was not useable condition. Theyve given a WhatsApp number on their website but never replied when I contacted them. It was an awful experience that ruined our holiday.

Bon séjour dans l’hôtel, dommage que le wifi ne va pas sur la chambre 1. L’hôtel est très bien placé pour tout visiter à pied ou en métro. Qualité des services top.

The apartment is in a great location but it is quite small and lacks space to put personal belongings other than a wardrobe. There is a well equipped compact kitchen but only 2 tea bags provided. It is very clean & modern. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by and good access to rest of Porto. Check in procedure was essy to follow and it was quiet despite proximity to bars etc. Bed was comfortable and air con worked well. Good value for money. A small supermarket is very close by.

Unfortunately it was advertised that they had laundry facilities but that wasn’t the case. Also, ask for a room in the back of the building because it is a bit noisy!
