We were welcomed by wonderful staff who took the time to explain some features of the beautiful city of Porto. Our welcome package was delicious and a great start not only our trip to Porto, but our first trip to Portugal. The room itself was comfortable overlooking a busy and vibrant street.

Clean room, friendly staff, cozy and secure from the chaos of Rua Flores. The open air patio is under appreciated but summertime out there has to be bliss.

Too small restroom

This hotel is super nice! The decoration is so cute. We stayed only for one night but everything was so perfect! The room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, the staff was friendly, and the location is very convenient. We loved our stay.

Lovely staff, clean room and delicious breakfast!

Great place to stay. The bedroom was huge 3 queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. The decorations and the details on the ceilings gave us the impression that we were staying in a bedroom of a palace. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was WOW!! I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Wonderful stay in a great historic location with very friendly staff.

This place was centrally located, easy to arrive from the airport, friendly staff, clean beds, mostly clean in the bathroom and floors, but not perfectly done. I checked out one day early and they were not able to offer a refund although they re-rented my room. I thought they could’ve given me at least partial of the night back since they re-rented the room.

Great stay, staff couldn’t do enough. Hotel had the perfect location, 5 min walk to river, 5 min into main town. Breakfast was excellent, rooms clean, comfortable and quiet, particularly fond of the shower. Overall great experience for myself and my three friends

객실이 넓어서 쾌적하고 위치가 정말 최고에요. 오르막 아래 강가도 가깝고 강 위로 건너가는 대성당도 가깝도 렐루서점 및 오르막 위쪽에 있는 깨끗한 번화가도 가까워요. 누군가 포르투를 간다면 꼭 추천할게요. 조식도 7시반에 가면 갓 구운 빵, 나타, 커피, 시리얼, 과일을 먹을 수 있어요. 층간소음 및 복도소리가 잘 들어오는 단점이 있으니 이어플러그 끼고 자는걸 추천합니다. 2층이라 편안했는데 1층과 복도 소음이 좀 많이 들립니다. 직원들도 친절하도 엘레베이터(작은)와 짐 보관 및 너무 좋아요.
