This is my favourite luxury hotel. Can not fault a thing, the attention to detail is outstanding. The staff are courteous and professional, year welcoming and grounded. Faultless! The spa, pillows, restaurants were all outstanding. Sorry to be home!

Ultra 5* and great value. Exceeded our expectations on every level. All the staff are so very helpful and friendly. Five star luxury set in stunning grounds with a relaxed atmosphere.

Best hotel in the UK.

This is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The service, the attention to detail, the food, the drink, the spa, the rooms, everything. I can’t find any fault in the whole experience, it was incredible. Special thanks to Thierry, Akef, Ricciardo and others. We will never forget it and can’t wait to come back again

From the moment we pulled up to Grantley hall we were greeted by their friendly staff. All members of staff that we had dealings with were exceptional. We stayed in a Grand suite which was amazing and the 10 course meal at Shaun Ranchin is a must. We used the gym and spa facilities which again were amazing, so relaxing and inviting. We will definitely be returning guests.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The service from arriving at the gate house to leaving is outstanding. Rooms are luxurious and food & drink choice is vast. This is our second stay & wont be the last!

The worst thing about staying at this hotel is you will be disappointed with any other hotel stay thereafter. The staff are incredible, every single person would go above and beyond with every interaction. The whole hotel is breathtaking, absolutely no expense has been spared and it shows.

From first arriving and welcome at the gates of Grantley Hall, throughout our stay we received the most excellent and friendly service. Accommodation in the "Queen Anne Suite" ( Room 4) was extremely comfortable, with all amenities you would expect. Dinner in the Fletchers restaurant was excellent. Three Graces Spa has all amenities you would expect plus a "Nordic Spa Garden", with ice cold baths and a separate "Snow Room", where you can actually roll in the snow.
