Would have gotten 4-5 stars. But the noise levels going through the floor is bad. Went to bed, but could hear music, thought from outside as I didn't recall music in the bar. As I couldn't sleep, I went for a smoke. The music level down stairs was low. They really need to move the speakers and use sound dampening insulation. Was sort of expecting cooked breakfast which it wasn't. My son had a room at the other end of the building and said the same as me, except he had the train line there

This is an average b and b .Our room was very close to a communal square of the pub which meant people could be ( and were ) literally right outside of our room - so very little privacy . Also you could hear their conversations as they were so close . Very small but nevertheless clean room with one small window which you couldn’t really draw the net curtain as people would see in . So felt very cramped and boxed in . Not quite the room I expected from what I saw originally in the picture . The pub garden was a large expanse of lawn with not one single flower or shrub . So not the idyllic country pub we imagined - shame, as it has all the potential. Having said all that the staff were all very nice and welcoming - happy to supply us with plant based milk etc . But if it’s luxury you want you sadly won’t find it here .

Convenient and comfortable stay before we embarked on our Ferry to go to Guernsey.

Good food, good room and friendly staff Excellent value

Friendly welcome and a very comfortable, quiet room. Food was good quality and value for money. Great continental breakfast selection included in the room rate. Service in the evening for dinner was slow, but the food was worth the wait. Minor issues with mould in the shower room.

The bedroom was spotless and a,decent size. The shower was excellent and the towels large and fluffy. We ate in the restaurant and i ordered a southern fried chicken burger, which turned out to be chicken strips! My wife had a smashed burger, and found paper in her burger, which put her off. When we told them she was offered a free drink, but we were ready to leave so she said no thank you. They didnt even take the money off for the drink she had. Seeking as the paper in her burger meant she didnt eat it all some money off or a free pudding would have gone a ling way.

The staff were young and very good. Was very busy for them but kept on top of restaurant. Bar was busy and could have done with extra staff. Overall the stay was nice.

Could not fault this pub/hotel. Friendly welcome on arrival, a great pint at the bar and a super comfy bed! Continental breakfast was good and healthier than the usual fry-up. Will definitely be back! 😎

We had a lovely friendly receptionist bar person named Kat. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Nice sized quiet room for a one night stay

The staff at the Frampton Arms were wonderful. Very pleasant and accommodating. Restaurant at the hotel was nice with the same pleasant staff.

We spent 9 days touring England by car and train. Overall the Frampton Inn and Pub was the best overall place we stayed and ate/drank at. It has an excellent restaurant and Pub. The best price for an Ale. The room was modern and even had AC if needed. All the staff were very nice and hard working. We will return someday.

Clean, comfortable room, in a pub with decent food.

Did not like no phone or fridge in the room. Also didn’t like lack of staff at night.

It's in a pub with a nice dining room which was extremely convenient.
