Enjoyed a lovely two nights - room was great and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and polite. Free entrance to the model village was a bonus. The Dyson cool air fan in the room was a surprise and proved essential given that it was a heatwave during our stay - it made for comfortable and relaxing nights.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, excellent cooked to order breakfast. Beautiful location.

Great staff, nice breakfast, free tickets to the miniature land. Likely parking lot will be full during the day but there is a public car park to the left (4 minute walk) and out by the Coop which is about a 7 minute walk.

Charming, quirky, historic. Located in the heart of the village, on the river w one block walk to shops and restaurants. Newly redecorated in an updated yet traditional manner. Best breakfast of our 10 day, 7 hotel trip. Full continental, full English breakfast w French press coffee. Would definitely love to stay again!

Stayed in the Hare room. Was lovely & clean. Could see the river from the window. Breakfast was lovely too. Would come back again.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location for the full experience of Bourton on the Water. Staff were friendly and informative from the moment of check in and room was furnished really nice and was very spacious. Only comment would be that the room got quite warm at night, however, this would be expected with a property of this age.

No air conditioning (i thought it said it did). Luckily nights were cool so opened windows, but still very hot. And when it rains, no open windows. That is when we realized how busy the street is outside of the room. LOUD cars flying by all night. Not peaceful. Bed was very uncomfortable as well and the room had a rotten egg smell to it. Staff was not friendly - front desk and bar servers. It is very convenient to the town with lots of restaurants (which close by 8-9) and the shops.

We had a lovely stay at the old new inn. The room is perfect for two, was very clean and small little touches like a fridge, fresh milk and toiletries was very appreciated. The location was in the heart of town. We didn’t go to the pub downstairs but that also looked very cozy. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast which was included in the price was exquisite!

Great overnight stay at The New Old Inn i was in room 3 which was a double very comfortable room great decor and the room was very well provided for. Excellent breakfast in the room.

Hotel was beautiful, our room was lovely and clean. Best shower we’ve used in a hotel before! It was very quiet and staff were friendly. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

I chose this hotel as it looked nice and we wanted to stay in the Cotswolds and it's an area we'd never been to before. What a fantastic choice! The hotel is immaculate inside and out, the staff are all friendly and welcoming and the food is really really good. It's very tastefully decorated, very clean and good condition everywhere. The hotel is in a fabulous location and its honestly just fantastic. We cannot wait to come back 🙌

Lovely hotel in a great little village. Great breakfast in a light airy room, good choice of food. Breakfast staff great. Nice modern rooms, powerful shower, will definitely stay again. Only downside is no free parking spaces when we arrived.
