This apartment has excellent location and is very spacious. But these are the only positives. It is extremely outdated and almost everything is fallen apart so it needs complete renovation. One of the toilets broke down and so did the dishwasher. It had lot of tiny flies everywhere and a homeless person had a tiny tent outside the main entrance so we had to listen to his cough and smell the weed from him all the time.

Location is 10/10. The bathrooms could do with a bit of a renovation but overall the flat provides good space and amenities.

the apartment had mice in. tried to complain no-one from urban chic would reply to messages or email. Wouldn't stay in this place again.
