This hotel is very nice! Good location and all of the required services. Also close to the Main Street, but you need a car!

Bel endroit. Privilégiez une chambre avec vue sur le fleuve. Gym adéquat. Piscine ok, mais pas de jacuzzi ou sauna. Il faut débourser et aller au SPA de l’Estuaire. J’y retournerais. Chambres spacieuses.

Hôtel propre, piscine avec temperature agréable et super propre. La chambre etait propre j'aurais seulement aimé un micro onde parce que j'étais avec ma fille alors c'est bien pratique mais ce n'est vraiment pas grave. Personnel adéquat, rien a dire de négatif sur l'endroit

The waitress at the restaurant for breakfast was my favourite of all time. Her good mood rubbed off on the whole room!

The room was freezing, and the staff didn't care.It was -20c outside and got colder through the night. Also, the windows are not well insulated. The floor, even with the carpet was freezing. Staff told me the system was " resetting" and told me not to touch the heating system and they lower the temperature, this that made things worse because now the heating system was blowing the warm air intermittently. I increased the temperature and it took a few hours before it started heating because the warm air was way too mild. That was at 3am! I had a terrible night! They should have heated that room before I arrived. They had plenty of time to do it. If they are not willing to do that, then they should have a heating system that is more efficient. Frankly, the staff seemed to not care at all.

La piscine étais fermée. Le spa également. Le silence n’a pas été respecter le matin et des enfants criait dans les corridors. Pas été en mesure d’aller au buffet le dimanche faute d’avoir réserver . Il devrait prioriser les gens de l’hôtel . Je n’y retournerai pas
